San Luis Obispo, CA has a population of about 47,000 and is home to Cal Poly University. Other cities in the region include Pismo Beach, Shell Beach, Avila Beach, Arroyo Grande, Grover Beach, Atascadero, Paso Robles, Santa Margarita, Los Osos, Cayucos, Morro Bay, Nipomo and Santa Maria. Other newer neighborhoods in SLO are Avila Ranch, Righetti Ranch, San Luis Ranch, Toscano, Serra Meadows, Ladera, R at Righetti, Enclave at Righetti Ranch, and Noveno.
