The philosophy in death note is truly GREAT! no one is ever truly 'evil' Its all up to perception and one's own ideals. L did confine Misa because he refused to believe she wasn't involved. This is one of his flaws when Light and L talk in the rain; He basically says ``I suspected you wouldn't believe me.. no one is the task force does``. This is what makes this show truly great. 😀

Watching the anime for the second time, waited a whole year for this and it definitely gives nostalgia. The only anime ive watched and its still amazing 😃 though if there are any other anime’s like death note id be open to watching them

Light might have eliminated all the criminals but he can't take away human nature. More criminals would just keep popping up. As he said near his death "Ive been Kira for years.. *blah blah*.. but it's not enough. This world is still rotten" The world will always have rotten people in it. No matter how many you kill.

The opening and ending really captured Light's ideals to perfection.
