From a fellow young, first gen lawyer: thank you for this content! It’s a tough field to be in and these types of convos are so helpful to young lawyers and aspiring lawyers alike
I love to hear this! Especially from another young attorney 🤩 completely agree with you that these honest convos are really important to have. I really wish I had seen more honest content before I went to law school too. Hope you’re having a great day so far! 🙏🏽❤️
Thanks so much for tuning into this episode 😊 really enjoy making content that’s extremely valuable for y’all especially for those that are thinking about going into the law! 🙏🏽
Researching different legal opportunities is super important! Keep learning and asking different attorneys about their experience so you can learn from them and see what you’d be interested in most ☺️
Another outstanding podcast. Found it very interesting listening to Eduardo, a very straightforward guy and just seems like a really good person. Very nice getting kind of an in depth look from him and always from you and I loved the Jokic reference! Have a great weekend
Hi Jean! Thanks for listening in on this episode. Eduardo’s a really good friend and I’m happy he was able to join in and give his experiences on being a lawyer 😁 Haha Jokic is just TOO good. We’ll see if he can snag another MVP this year 🤔 Happy weekend! ❤️
Outstanding to see this! I can personally attest to this friendship and now hearing you guys practice is more than great to hear. Keep up the podcast, loving it!
Alex! Really appreciate you tuning into this episode 😊 you know we all family since the TJSL days!! Miss you dude and hope you’ve been killing it 🙏🏽 & thanks again for supporting the channel!
Thanks for tuning in! 😊 Glad you’re finding this kind of content valuable. Really want to be as transparent as possible and just speak openly about our experiences in the field 🙏🏽❤️
Great podcast...I have friends and relatives who are lawyers. They don't paint a pretty picture of corporate law firms...the quality of life really sucks, and really so for the young female lawyers who tend to have to wait to have children or even get married. But as you know WE all need lawyers and some point in our lives:)
Thanks for tuning in! Completely agree with you. Of course every attorney’s experience is different but oftentimes pre-law students are naive to how rough the first couple of years of being an attorney is like. Work-life balance is pretty much nonexistent in a traditional law firm. I’m also glad you brought up how difficult it can be for young female attorneys to start a family bc of how demanding the work hours are. Appreciate your insight here and hope you’re having a great weekend so far! 🙏🏽
Love the candid conversation. Look forward to the next one:)
