    Looks like a nice spot in the woods for the new road and future plots.

    Do u own this excavator? what size is it? Are you happy with its capabilities? I hope to start building roads up my hills next year, I was thinking of renting one, buying one, or hiring someone. I never drove one, but I'm the kind of person who figures things out. I am enjoying your channel . I retired from the Army 2019. Picked up 400 acres in North Arkansaw. Just raw land.

      oh wow congrats!! Man with that kind of land you will put one to use as often as you want to! There is a learning curve for sure but if you can learn swiftly you might consider one if you can afford it. Otherwise my plan B would be to hire it out due to the learning curves if you rent one. And a dozer may be better for some uses to. Thanks and best of luck! I be you're not really all that from from us..?

    Why don't you rent a little excavator to help build your road.

    Heads up---you now have a tractor--seeds were in the gas line!! Where's your miniX brush cutter?? You brought it over to Missouri a week ago. Ok, Must be another mixup in real time video postings. You found any deer rubs out in all that thick stuff yet? Still waiting for you to show some to confirm you don't have a deer desert.

      lol trail cams are still very thin!! Do have a few bucks so far but we need FOOD!! This is a Food desert right now!!! And more water..

    i thought your road was to sell off some lots? now making food plots of that land sections? Winter sales don't do as well. you made it sound like you needed to sell off some of the land? you would not happen to have ADD. lol

    • @kapperoutdoors
      @kapperoutdoors 2 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      I can't confirm nor deny if I have symptoms of add!! But yes that was the plan, but we are looking if it would be POSSIBLE to keep it all or at least most of it! And I do think it would sell much better with some roads and micro plots and ponds in place. Might try to get some deer leases for this fall and then see how things go. It is soo beautiful hard to not want to bring in new neighbors!

      @@kapperoutdoors well i hope you find a way to keep it all. a possible hunting group for extra income. but that might mean you have to share the big bucks for a few years brother.
