- Our last days fishing in Men bay was something really special! The Kob were eager to eat our baits from the very first cast and we were right in the middle of a feeding frenzy! It was totally crazy! after enjoying ourselves with the job we went of to the dunes to enjoy some Oranjemund antics and traditions. Meob bay is truly a special place and one cannot believe that driving through the Namib Desert you will find so many fish on the other side of the dunes.

Yes and no, kob of that size usually only have one or 2 runs in them and as you guys were releasing pulling them in a bit faster makes for a stronger fish to release, but each to his own.
