I have a question on when a commits NIL deal kicks in. Is it when they sign? Or is it as soon as they give a verbal? And if it’s the later, if a kid cash’s a check and then decides to de commit, he should pay back that money with a penalty.

Why would a fan base be mad at a kid who goes for the money. That’s how they got their coach. So, you can’t have a coach with no honor and expect the recruits to honor their commitments……that’s some Hypocritical crap there….. no honor between liars and thieves.
