    An upgraded version of the regular fried rice!
    'Chinese fried rice' with smoky flavor and 'pork belly fried rice' with fried egg on top.

    Chinese Fried Rice
    [Ingredients]
    Rice 1 bowl (200g)
    2 eggs (120g)
    Green onion 1/2 cup (40g)
    Carrot 1/4 cup (20g)
    1/4 onion (50g)
    Dark soy sauce 1 tbsp (10g)
    Cooking oil 4 tbsp (40g)
    Sesame oil 1/3 tbsp (2g)
    MSG 1/4 tbsp (2g)
    Salt 1g
    [Directions]
    1. Chop carrot and onion. Slice green onion in half and chop finely.
    2. Add cooking oil and egg to the frying pan make scrambled eggs.
    3. Once the egg is cooked half-way, set it aside and stir-fry the carrot, onion, and green onion on one side.
    4. When the vegetables become golden brown, mix with the scrambled eggs and set them aside.
    5. Add soy sauce to the part without oil and let it boil.
    6. Once the soy sauce starts to burn, turn off the heat and mix with the scrambled eggs and the vegetables.
    7. Once all the ingredients are mixed, add salt and rice and mix, then stir-fry over high heat.
    8. Season to taste, add MSG and finish with sesame oil.

    Fried rice with pork belly
    [Ingredients]
    Rice 1 bowl (200g)
    Pork belly 100g
    Green onion 1/2 cup (40g)
    Carrot 1/4 cup (20g)
    Cooking oil 1 tbsp (10g)
    Dark soy sauce 1 tbsp (10g)
    1 egg (60g)
    Salt 1g
    [Directions]
    1. Chop green onion and slice carrot finely.
    2. Cut pork belly vertically in small pieces.
    3. Add a little bit of cooking oil to the frying pan, and stir-fry the pork belly.
    4. When the fat from pork belly oozes out, add the carrot and stir-fry.
    5. Once the carrot is cooked half way, stir-fry the green onion and mix with the pork belly.
    6. Set the ingredients aside, add the soy sauce to the part without oil and let it boil.
    7. Mix the burnt soy sauce with the vegetables and pork belly, turn off the heat, and add salt.
    8. Add the rice, mix with the ingredients, and stir-fry over high heat.
    9. Make a fried egg in the same frying pan and put it on top of the fried rice.
