Jace Herondale/Wayland/Lightwood/Morgenstern;
whatever you want to call him. I call him Herondale mainly because that's his original heritage, but I like to think of him as Jace Lightwood too because that's his family.
Jace has been through so much, and I feel like he doesn't get the recognition he deserves because a certain redheaded attention whore (coughs subtly) keeps hoarding all the attention and keeps causing drama. Plus, Jace is definitely in my top three of favorite TMI characters. I fell in love with the book version of him and wasn't a fan of Dom's performance in season 1, but his acting got a little better in the second season.

This video shows the true sides of Jace. He says "emotions cloud judgement" but he acts more on his emotions and instincts the second Clary comes in. She showed him a world where love is not a weakness but a strength that you can use to fight with. It's such a beautiful way of showing this, he opened himself up to Clary when he told that flacon story. He showed, grief, love, compassion and so much more. No wonder he fell in love with Clary. She is everything he adores and loves in a character and she is someone who showed him that to have emotions can be good. Thanks for this video. It was lovely!

I love clace I really do but I think he derverses so much better than her. I just don't like the fact that she moved on so easily and fell in simon's arms after knowing that he was her brother which was not true. That was disrespectful for their love
