He did such an amazing job showing the small cries for help that no one hears. Find a way to get more information when you hear I'm finding when you can tell they're not. I'm fine, is the easiest answer to give because it's what people expect. Have a conversation with friends and family and let them know that mental health can not be fought alone. Jace went from have little regard for his life to having zero regard for his life. Watching him beg Alec to kill him because he tried and failed so many times still breaks my heart. Kinda sad that the show never really gave him a chance to properly process everything he went through.
Can anyone help me with q questions im battling? So i am unsure why Jace was crying when he died... Was it because he was in pain Or Is it because he saw Clary crying Or Is it because he knew that he wouldn't make it and the taught of "hurting" those closest to him in a sense was overwhelming?
I think and I hope that he just felt upset about how much time he lost on running away from Clary and he just realized how much he loved her all this time. He just saw there is no hope for them, no happy ending. I really adore the fact that he told her that he loved her with his last breath. It made me cry even harder if this was possible.
The acting of Dominic was good, he really showed the tragedy of Jace's upbringing, but the way his role was written in the screenplay it's so different from how he is described in the books. In the books Jace uses always sarcastic humour, he always makes jokes of their deepest moments and therefore I didn't like the series' Jace that much.
This is so beautiful and heartbreaking, I never noticed how many times Jace actually tried to kill himself... amazing editing!
