This is a brilliant tutorial, I love your artistry, these dogs take a good few hours felting constantly, maybe even days. Thanks for sharing the videos with us, new subscriber.
Very interesting and informative. Thank you. I love felting and want to learn how to make animals. Stay safe and well. Can't wait for your next video. My last name is Hare, so a rabbit would be wonderful. 😉 Music isn't necessary, I can turn music on in my home. I love the sound you make felting.
It’s called wet felting and is just another method of felting. I don’t always do it but these ears needed to be thin and it just worked. Could easily have just needle felted them too 😊
Also where do you find little dog noses? LOL Funny question.i would like to try to make a border collie. I have never felted in my life. But willing to give it a try.
I kind of did my own, using photos of German shepherds on the internet & also the real dogs. I use the Sarafina fix video as the basis of all the dogs I do
Awe Karen your words are keeping me going. 💕💕💕
The trick with the toothpick to cover the tail & toes (also the wrap for the brow) is genius!

Hi. Can you please tell me what shade you are using for the tan fur? Thanks. Love your video!
Precioso❤
wool batting or cheaper polyfill?
I enjoyed your video as I am interested in trying this.. Did you design your own dog pattern?

@@cindyleween3624 I make the noses out of Fimo dough
Where did you get the nose from?
I make them out of Fimo - I usually make several different sizes so the I get one that fits. Also I use nail polish to make it shiny
Wish I had the brains to do that
Just watch some videos - Sarafina fibre arts has great ones. It’s fun - I’ve made a lot of goofy things before this dog. You can do it
hi karen my advise for dogs is on your pug But if you take a head from one & a back hind quarters from another you make up your dog. ok;xx
you may want to consider adding music to your videos.
Thanks - I’ll do that next time
Can you add in real dog hair?
You can, but it has to be a soft type of fur like poodle to work well.
