Another helpful video. You had many tips that I'd never seen before. I'll admit, my eyes went crossed when you were doing the math. But if I watch again, and really concentrate, I know it will help with proportions. Thank you!
I was hesitant on getting intonthis art I had so many questions and reading up on it just made it even more confusing... BUT after watching your video I made up my mind. I will be heading out to purchase materials needed hopefully today. Love your video.. VERY EXPLAINATORY... Thank you so much for sharing !

my daughter wants me to make a likeness of her dog, I'm going to try your method without an armature, thinking it will be much easier! Thanks for all your tips.

Thanks for this, I'm afraid I don't do classes at the moment but I might create an online course at some point in the future, if I do I'll announce it here on my channel. But thanks for watching and hope this helps.
I love your videos! You made it look so easy, and he turned out really cute. I want to try to make one myself of my dogs, but i was just wondering if the "core" wool was necessary or if i could just use any wool for the base shapes?I'm new to felting
Thanks for this, you can use any wool to make the base shape, but I'd advise using a carded wool or wool batting if possible rather than a fine merino roving or tops wool, as carded wool is generally easier to shape. If you haven't already, you could try watching this video: th-cam.com/video/UFm2e_Ulowk/w-d-xo.html I talk about which wool to use in tip 3, hope this helps, have fun felting, thanks for watching
