Bible verse of the day: “Fear of man will prove to be a snare, but whoever trusts in the Lord is kept safe.” Proverbs 29:25
Amen Brother 🙏🏼
Love the Bible verse brother!
Hey, thanks ❤️
❤️
respect
I love the approach. Always be the one forging your own path, not just following the road already laid out by others before you. You will discover much more about yourself and the world if millions have not already trod the same ground before you. Bless and Happy Easter
Hey thanks so much Andrew, I always enjoy trying new things and going different routes than what people usually do, that’s why I always fish such big and wierd lures, every day I hear the same thing as the lake from other boats “your lures a little to big” people don’t understand there is more to fishing than casting small plastics and staring at their livescope screen 😂😂😂
@@NASPELTZ 💯 Fish that have seen the same things pulled past their face time and again lose interest. Using a different type or size or colour will often turn the results. Keep up the great fishing.
I just want to know where you're getting this AR grip on the rods? @@NASPELTZ
@xslayxallxdayx5550 hey it’s a st.croix rod Called legend tournament, they have grips like that on them
@@NASPELTZ thanks buddy didn't know if it was just a grip you bought or not
Hey there Nathan 👋🏻 thanks for the great video. Much love from Northeast Florida.
Hey Keith thanks for tuning into this weeks episode ❤️
What you slowed down your reeling and started catching fish lol and using the right baits. Amazing technique my friend.
I'm going to try and do a kayak expedition with one of my buddies, we're putting in at Redwing, then stopping towards Lake City. Hopefully we hook into them!
I’m sure your gonna have a blast, good luck
Dang nice fish dude! Love the videos!
Sick video dude! That was a stud pike!
Hey thanks so much man
Great video you’re amazing
Hey thanks Henry
I remember a flooded park last year, Everybody was like what's he fishing wish them big lures for? While they are catching nothing I starting watching you hauling in big pike lol
Great video.

💀😂
That was a nice pike❤
Hey thanks so much Daniel
🔥🔥🔥
Hey thanks so much
I live down on the Rock in Wisconsin and the walleye guys think its funny that I throw giant baits but, the pike are totally forgotten about in that river and they get huge. Occasional musky too
I cheated and watched part 2 first! Chunky Pike for sure. I'm looking forward to my summer Maine trip so I too can get on the Pike! Thanks for sharing.
I’m thinking about going more up north on the Mississippi where it’s still open you got any tips to catch these pike from shore 😅
I do more pike fishing from shore than I do boat on the river, I find backwater spots mostly that I can access off the road where it’s close to a main channel and has slack current, like a spillway area and cast spinnerbaits
@@NASPELTZ I’m fishing off a point so what should I use for the pike and possibly bass also it’s the day after the solar eclipse so I’m just curious
Fun video man! Have you ever fished up on pool 2? It’s been fun fishing there and each trip we’ve been lucky for a fat walleye this spring!
I think I have a few times before I bought a boat. It’s a fun fishery
What’s the grip called on your rod it looks soo cool and it makes since to fish with one for glide baits
Someone please help new to fishing mn and noticed you are targeting fish outside of the seasons but how is this ok is it CNR you are allow to still fish these fish?
You gotta try the Kyogre lure. Fish will blow it up!
yessir w video when do you think you will post the giant pike
Next Friday!!!
@@NASPELTZ bet
What parts of the Mississippi are you able to fish I really wanna get out there
There is lots of parks, any area that is Minnesota on one side and Wisconsin on the other
Dude how can you fish with those gloves on? I would blow my reels up if I tried that. 😂
It sucks but it was so cold at the start in the morning 😂😂😂
Today I caught a 4 or5 pounder bass
Where do you get your baits
Scheels usually
Probably online
I wonder if fish know that they are bigger or that they just have a greater hunger.
4:13 you lost your net 🤯🤯🤯
Ik so sad :(
Haha I seen ya too, figured you were hog huntin!!
Haha ya I was
I can’t believe he were his glove on when he was casting
I rarely ever wear gloves but it was extremely cold out that day, well below freezing
@@NASPELTZ oh ok
Insane bro 😂😂😂😂
Thanks bro
What bait casting reel is he using ? The link to it doesnt work. Thanks

How does the pike not cut the line?
Was the fish worth the net lol
Yes yes it was, I’m sure one of the hundred boats down river from me is joyful with their new net they found floating toward them lol
Do you like that reel thinking of getting one
Absolutely love em
What state are you fishing in?
❤️🎣
Heyyy thanks
Am I early?🎉
Meanwhile i use a $20 spinner combo and catch nothing😭
Yea I use $40 spin bait I catch nothing but I use $5 spin errs and I catch 40 inch pike
Bro ur net fell off the boat when caught the first pike
I know, rip
Checkout Bear Valley Taxidermy outside zumbro falls, just north of rochester. Does a great job on replicas
I’ll give him a look. Thanks!!!
why do you not give the length measurements of your catches?
I rarely measure them, I already spend an extra 10-15 second with the fish out of the water showing them off to the camera, I don’t want to take another 15 seconds getting a measurement. I usually just get them back in the water fast so they can swim off safely. If it’s a possible new personal best or just a really really big fish I will otherwise I just make sure they swim off fast
I wave to you
Heyyy thanks, were you out there today or when I was filming?
Big Baits = Big fish ....most of the time...lol
Most of the time hahaha
Hey…. I know that spot

@@NASPELTZ do you trust piscifun. The Chinese parts scare me
@@NASPELTZ do you trust that brand. The Chinese parts scare me
@brycebarribeau2311 honestly, I’ve used them for a while now and have had no issues, for the price it’s hard to beat em, would I choose them over a tranx, Calcutta, or Lexa. NO, but they are $90 compared to $300 and up. I love my Piscifun reels, I’ve had no issues, the drag works as it should, casts really well, and are all around smooth. Come back in a few years and ask me about them then and remind me of this conversation, and we will see how the same reels I’m using in this video are holding up after some hard extreme use over the next few years actually just landed a nice musky on that same reel today, you will see it in a video next week. I asked a few musky guides, tarpon guides, and other knowledgeable fisherman about the reels and they all told me they are surprisingly good. So if you have $300 to spend, at the end of the day your better off with a higher end reel, but if you want to save some money or just get three reels for that same price, this is the option for you, it’s gonna get the job done!
@@NASPELTZ thanks man. I’m thinking about getting one for glide bsits
