Rockhaven Farm Episode Two

In this second part of a three part mini series we learn about the traditional techniques used in making essential oils. Rockhaven Farm is situated in the Groot Winterhoek mountains near the Cederberg, close to Porterville, making it an ideal weekend getaway to unwind. Originally a fruit farm it now produces organic essential oils, olive oil, and honey using traditional techniques. It is the perfect place to switch off, relax and enjoy simple pleasures like swimming in its dam, hiking in nature, exploring the rock pools of the Ratel river or viewing ancient bushman cave paintings. Rockhaven farm offers 2 self-catering cottages and the main farmhouse and is dog friendly (except the farmhouse).
