While I have never met brother Tom, I attend the church his brother Bill pastors in Owasso, Oklahoma. Wonderful men of God, and I'm thankful for their family.
I know your podcast is geared towards humor, but man you really bring out some excellent content from faithful Christian leaders and people. I appreciate you and your show Pastor Keith. God bless
How interesting, Keith. I grew up in the DOC, but for the last 15 years I’ve been a Reformed Baptist in the SBC. Unfortunately, I spent about a decade in a charismatic church, but thankfully God delivered me from liberalism and the charismatic trap. By the way, I’m with brother Tom on your “allergy” toward using Reformed Baptist to describe yourself. As Dr. Baucham says, to be Reformed is to be Calvinistic, covenantal, and confessional. I believe you are all three, are you not?
Great interview. Tom ascol seems like a very nice man who loves the Lord. God has used founders ministry mightily. Have you ever thought of having interviews or bow tie discussions with garbc or the ifca? Those would be interesting as well.
The answer to the paedo Baptist question is that children were included in all other previous covenants and the New Testament never negates their inclusion in the newer bigger better more expansive covenant. Therefore, there is no issue with the regulative principle as we would be continuing in what the Bible explicitly commands from the older covenant. Sorry…couldn’t help myself😅 great discussion between brothers! I love what your doing
We need some Christian business men that can start a Christian insurance company that actually follows through with its commitments for its clients. But the insurance fraud (particularly from roofers) is insane so that’s a huge barrier to entry.
This was a great conversation!

Good stuff. Thanks again Pastor Keith.
Keith Risky is fast becoming one of my favorite podcasts.
Your intro song is so great! It gets me every time I tune in! Keep up the good work!
Love and appreciate these brothers so much.
And Tom’s a Texas A&M Aggie. I knew he couldn’t be all bad 🤪 I love both of these great men. Thanks for the great program.
As a knoxville native, I'd like to offer my condolences to you both.
Great! Been wanting to see this for a while now. MUCH respect for you both🙏
Tom is Postmil?! Who knew?! Already loved him just bc he’s an Aggie, but this is just icing on the cake! 👍🏻

Wonderful interview brother....thank you and Tom!
We need more, so much more of conversations like this on the tube. Talk about iron sharpening iron, this was it.
Great interview!
"He's not like other Calvinists, he's nice!"

Ooo we get to meet one of our "Crazy" Uncles in the SBC. I appreciate Tom, at times he can be pretty funny though 😅

The O.P.P. reference in the thumbnail 💀
That’s a very particular generational reference. We must be similar in age :-)
