    I had Gastric Roux-en Y in Oct /22. I don’t know if u read the comments but I just wanted to say thank you for sharing all this info it really has helped me to understand more about this process and help guide me❤from 🇨🇦

    It is so true what Dr. Weiner says on this video, the same thing that my endocrinologist told me: DO NOT drink bottle juices, they are loaded with refined sugars. Instead, make yourself your own juices with fresh fruits! And so I do it. No more bottle juices for me, I make my own now. And I save money.

    Great news about bananas ! I eat cinnamon banana nice cream every evening for dessert - healthy & satisfying. I even add some spinach occasionally 👍

    He's right! I started avoiding eating added sugars and I notice that I detect sweetness better from fruits and even from tea that has stevia. I also noticed that I find some candy bars too sweet such as Reese's. I may end up avoiding chocolate unless it has no added sugar, similar to how the Mesoamerican peoples consumed it. Maybe I'll avoid stevia now after hearing what he said.

      healthier for sure, make sure no added sugar though.

    We get nature's valleys muesli bars for teen son ....high sugar....I see it as a treat. Not great food.
