It’s to stop belt rubbing on the side of the neck. You attach both side of the belt once it’s clipped on and attach this near your lap which loosens the neck area

Every time you pull the seat belt, you must re-press the trigger. The place where you press the trigger is on the side, rear and lower part of the human body, which is very inconvenient and may also cause danger if you are driving.
每一次拉動安全帶，都必須重新壓緊扳機一次，而壓緊扳機的地方，是在人體的側後下方，非常不便，若是在行進中，還可能造成危險ㄜ
