Patagonia is making the 3A and 3B layers. 3A has polartec alpha insulation and a nylon ripstop face( midlayer ). 3B has polartec alpha insulation and a Goretex face fabric (mid or outer layer). Very similar to the Arc'teryx Atom in weight, but different insulation. Have a 3A and it's a little warmer but packs down to half the size of fleece and breathes better than primaloft or thermoball . The level 8 bibs and parka are also creeping out, they're a 3 layer Gortex that looks similar to the APECS material.
I carry one of those Screw Pop blade holders at work. I'm a big rig mechanic and do quite a bit of fabrication, so that magnet is caked in steel. Was trying to figure out how to get it out of there, but don't want the blade falling out and stabbing me lol.
I am into edc I have a mous phone case and wallet that goes on the back of the case (as well as a mous car magnet) and I use an orbit key 2.0 and I carry a CRKT Squid. My problem is I’m struggling to understand why you need two different knifes, a wallet and a cash band, a note pad and a phone that has notes (unless it’s for sketching) and, a flash light and a phone that has a light. I think it’s really cool being able to have a cool pocket drop but it’s seems redundant in some ways.
Benchmade Bugout. I've had one for a few months, it's been great.
Damn, beat me to it!
Good knife but I’ve found s30v kind of a pain to sharpen. I have one but stopped caring it and started carrying an Ontario model one in AUS-8
Coffee mugs don't get dirty. They become seasoned.
Beat me to it 👍

Just ordered your spie kit and pouch yesterday which lock pick set do i need to go in that kit please.
Ever use steel fishtape (used for pullin wire through conduit) for homemade lockpicks? They are perfect, they even make good tension wrenches.
Was just about to give you crap for not carrying a handgun! Gotta wait out the whole video!
I was looking through the comments to see if this was covered, and just as i got to your comment, he mentioned the appendix carry haha

How about product closeups instead of just shots of you?

I believe that professional and alike have stopped using fleece for fear of the plastic material melting to your body. That's just what I think.
Is it a military thing not to wash your coffee cup? Seems like going through all the hassle to grind your own beans you'd want a clean cup also?
Son as i saw pcu i was here
What?????? NO Olight flash sale link.....!
Great episode! Thank you. You still owe me coffee:-)
Knife is bug out
What sort of mad man washes a coffee mug? Also first.
Throw some photos or close ups man.
No Intel on that wallet. Disappointed. Considering i had to stop carrying the hyapolon as it degraded and need a new wallet.
Enough of lock picking stuff, geez.
