Please let me know What are possible symptoms of severe stenosis in proximal right subclavian artery ?? I am having symptoms of severe drowsiness , vertigo , lightheaded, blurred vision, confusion, brain fog , sometimes slur speech and from past two months having Nausea, loss of appetite ,indigestion and coughing with uncomfortable breathing. The symptoms become severe and unbearable on moving little bit. I am unable to walk and do my normal day to day activities. In Echocardiography it is detected that i have severe stenosis and narrowing in proximal subclavian right artery. Doctors of Royal Brompton London couldn’t diagnose first and were not ready to take my symptoms serious because of there non serious behaviour they gave wrong report to interventional cardiologist in which they did blunder they mentioned in first report that my left subclavian is severely blocked but in actual it was right artery and during angioplasty interventional cardiologist couldn’t find any blockage in left artery so after that I argued and I insisted to do further tests and i said something is seriously wrong with my arteries as i can feel my brain is not getting enough oxygen. Then they did another echo but they didn’t gave me report and discharged me later on my father had to visit hospital to get latest report in which i have found that its not left artery which is having blockage its right one with 4.5 m/s and peak gradient of 91 and mean gradient 52 . Please guide me do you think my symptoms are due to this blockage in proximal subclavian right artery?
