Did you have to drain the tub prior to doing this?

Well that’s concerning 😟 literally JUST bought a j335 ….3 years is not long for a heater …..was this warranty work because I have a 5 year warranty with mine

I only do warranty work on parts I put in. Warranty in the pool and hot tub industry isn't what you might think it would be. The most common things that fail on any hot tub can be blamed on your water chemistry. Better ask about your warranty. Don't assume its for every little part and for the 5 years. EXAMPLE: If your pump seal goes in a year, they might change it out for free the first time but not the second or third. That goes for the heater element, headrests, jets pooping out, discoloration of any parts. Common things for a Jacuzzi is the pumps seals, heater element, flow switch, and heat sensor. Bottom Line......keep your water chemistry in check.

@@VIPPoolsandSpas thank you for the heads up I didn’t expect much from my dealer anyway….second day I had the tub I pulled one of the pillows off and snapped one of the headrest studs 🤷 i never even called the dealer…I just found them online for 3$ ….I figured I’m on my own that’s why I’m watching your videos 😉 I want to understand what I’m in for and what to keep an eye on thanks for letting me know 👍

@@stifflers69mom1 #1 thing is chemical balance. #2 is to check your pumps and other leaks once a year. ex. Pump seal, jet leaks, gasket leaks.
