Instagram is a peace of sh*t! It used to crop everything, now it got even worse, as it cropes and you cannot even move the picture to get the best view (since 29/09/2022). Also, where do you find 4:5? My phone just have 3:4! Thank you for the video!
This is all great info...my biggest issue is posting reels then they don't crop nice on my feed... my head is always chopped off even when I tried to center it nicely....how can fix this problem pls.
Will we be getting ability to post 2x3 portrait post? Can we edit add images to existing post? Or migrate old photo post into new without loosing likes and comments?
I tried a lot of sizes for Instagram video image cover but every time the image doesn't show correctly and I am not talking about reels I'm talking about an actual video on Instagram
Thanks for the info. What about Guide covers? Can a 1:1 feed post be used as a cover photo when creating a guide without a part of the photo being cropped out?
This was interesting, but I still need some advice. When I try to post still images to Instagram, it is constantly telling me to crop. I tend to use my Sony Xperia 1 11, the still image ratios are 4:3(12mp), 16:9(9mp) and 1:1(9mp), sorry I'm not the most tech savvy. Which one should I use? I have it at the on the 4:3 at present. Thank you in advance.
strangely, for horizontal photos, when the width is higher than 1080, it turns out blurrier than when the width is 1080. what do u put for max height for vertical photos? also, have u compared 72 dpi vs. 300 dpi?
Thanks for the tips. Is there a way to check the aspect ratio of picture or video? And are there tools I can use to crop a photo or media to the right size before postings?
