When you were first explaining the product at the start, it almost was reminding me of the Rimmel Stay Matte in the tube and one other drug store one that I cannot recall. They were marketed as full coverage, but they actually aren’t. But it looked so cakey on me. It would dry before I could get it everywhere I needed it to be. Then when I would set it it just looked awful.
Thanks for this review and keeping your opinions true and authentic. Never mind what you're "supposed" to say it's disingenuous when I see that and silly. When you said it has a greasy feel to it I cringed, how greasy? The foundation looks good on you though... but no on that concealer from my POV. I figured out why I like watching your reviews - you are particular about small things regarding cosmetics that are make or break. I'm the same way in such an oversaturated makeup world now. I'd love a review and demo of the AOA concealer! 😊
The foundation isn’t so greasy that I wouldn’t use it again and the end result was pretty good. Blending it out with the sponge really toned down the greasy feel. It wasn’t that it made my skin greasy is was just the feeling of it (if that makes sense lol). Kind of like not liking/eating certain foods because of the texture. I do have a review on the AOA concealer in my concealers playlist if you’re interested 😊 Thanks for all your kind comments ❤️
@@itshollynow Totally makes sense! I don't like the "feeling" of baking the undereye with setting powder. Doesn't necessarily mean it isn't effective or look good. I may check this out... The concealer review, will check out, thx! Also I have been using the Essence translucent matte compact powder since I got it (despite it being the wrong one Haha!) It's not bad at all! I just use a brush and dust it over my eyes, not bad! You have influenced me congrats! It's a pleasure to have found your channel!

The foundation looked great in the end, especially once you fixed the concealer issue. The mascara looked like it was difficult to get results.
They actually both turned out to be pretty decent. It’s pretty common for mascaras to have too much product. Thanks for hanging out with me ❤️
This is by the creator of the Balm. I really like a lot of their products . I havent tried any of these yet.
