I have a question. With existing/old roof, vulcaseal was previously used on the nailheads. Can you use/paint Primero multi seal over it, or do you need to remove it(vulcaseal)? If so, any tips on how?
Primero Multiseal can be applied on an existing paint, just make sure to remove the loose paints only. But if there's no any loose paint, it should be good to go.

Maam/Sir, unfortunate timing because of the Habagat Season already happening 😭 but is (atleast) 8 hours Drying Time enough for Primero to work? If it was exposed to rain after, will it fail?

What if the nailheads had previous epoxy sealant, puede ba sya iapply o dpat tanggalin muna yng dating sealant?

Hi. Ilang years po tagal nito bago matuklap o need ireseal ulit? Salamat
It should last 3 or more years Sir provided that roof is properly and thoroughly cleaned prior to application. Roofing also be properly bolted with minimal gaps on roof joints. Suggest inspection yearly or after a major storm so that any physical damages can be repaired immediately.
@@OfficialPrimeroPhilippines noted and since its a pain applying sealant to every bolts/nails on thr roof (we got a wide roof 😆) even applying on seam lines of two roofing has been placed, am gonna try your product (the application was the winner for me) and hope it would last for a couple of years esp.roof is less than 3yrs old and just need some reseal, im blaming poor construction work, so instead of hiring someone to reseal every nail/bold/seam lines. Man gotta do it himself to ensure satisfactory work and man HAS to trust your product.
