Yes pwede po, as long as okay pa po yung adhesion nung previous sealant na nilagay ninyo, pero kung hindi na po, better na tangaling at palitan na po ng Primero Multi-Seal. :)

Mukhang okay din gamitin. Yung Pioneer Elastoseal okay din gamitin, affordable at matibay.

Primero Multiseal can be applied on an existing paint, just make sure to remove the loose paints only. But if there's no any loose paint, it should be good to go. 😉
