- Shanann and Chris Watts house is officially back on the market. It is a 4,200 square-foot house with five bedrooms, four baths and a three car garage. It is listed for $660,000. The address was changed from 2825 Saratoga Trail to 2825 Frederick Drive hoping that will help it sell. A painter came in and painted over all of Shanann's beautiful touches of color throughout the house. It looks so different now that most rooms are painted a light color. I hope a nice family can buy it and make it a home again. It is a beautiful and spacious house, I would just repaint the outside of it a different color.

✨💫 This is a memorial channel dedicated to Shanann, Bella, CeCe and Nico Watts. The world got a little darker on August 13, 2018 when these four beautiful souls were taken from us. I named this channel Shining Light because I am determined to let Shanann's light keep shining thru all the sadness and darkness of this case. Also, it’s worth mentioning that this channel is not for the Rzucek’s. Although I do respect them greatly and I pray for them all the time. It’s a gorgeous house, just beautiful, and it’s such a shame that it’s forever tarnished by pure, unadulterated evil. I don’t care how lovely the house itself, I could never ever live there peacefully …and I have a distinct feeling I’m not the only one who feels this way., I wouldn’t be surprised at all if ultimately they have to resort to tearing it down ..,

This is so incredibly sad to see the inside so bare 😞 My wish is that this is a young family’s dream house and they are able to create their family memories there. Yes I’ve been saying the same thing too. It’s such an eerie vibe on the outside of the house. That color is depressing! They absolutely need to repaint the exterior and just start from scratch. It would make a huge difference I think.

It’s a beautiful home....I remember videos of Shannan in the kitchen and the kids playing around the living area. They seemed so happy in those videos. If I was able to afford it I would buy it. Thanks for all the videos you put together showing what beautiful people Shannan, Cece and Bella were. Their legacy is not what that demon did to them but how they lived a life of love for each other. I didn’t know Shannan but I can tell she loved her babies.

With 5 bedrooms I hope there will be children's laughter again in that house, filled with happy memories for whoever moves in there. And I’m so glad no one is victim bashing anyone in these comments. My heart breaks for them and everyone living with the pain of those losses especially Shanann’s family. As a grandma who is also close to her daughter and grandchildren I don’t know if I would be able to handle it like they have. I pray this never happens to anyone again.
It's a beautiful house. I hate that they repainted it (I loved the purple accents!), but I'm sure that helps with selling it. Hopefully a new family can buy it and give it a brand new life.

They had to repaint it; they couldn't sell it with the girls' names still painted on the walls. But by painting it neutral colors, the new homeowner can change it to whatever he/she wishes.

I cannot get over this case at all. I'm here in UK and found this video so very sad. To see their personalities erased from the house did upset me. I know there needs to be a new chapter for this house and hopefully it will have a happy future with a family that loves it.......but the whole thing is still so very sad...I wish I could understand. RIP Shanann Bella Cece and Nico. And I wish peace for Sandi Frank and Frankie. I've never met them but they are in my heart and prayers often 🙏 ❤
Imagine buying this gorgeous house and being bothered by TH-camrs constantly driving by or stopping to take photos and videos. I think that's why Nate the neighbor moved.

Nate had his house up for sale before the POS did what he did. I saw the for sale sign on one of the po!ice offices body cam during the investigation.
Seeing Bella and CeCe’s bedrooms brought tears to my eyes, they should still be in there!!! Growing up, happy, healthy, smart, playing with their little brother. Instead, they walked out of their bedrooms that early morning never to see them again. Seeing Shananns bedroom was hard too, knowing it was a place she found comfort only to be killed there. I’m glad knowing Chris will never feel the touch of a woman for the rest of his life till he’s an old man and dies...behind bars and alone (his parents will be gone before him). They probably won’t even let him attend their funerals when they pass. I’m so glad knowing he will suffer and be tortured for the rest of his existence. He had no right to do what he did!!!

The carpet looks exactly the same. I can't imagine that they only cleaned it but it does look like the same carpet.
What a difference! Painting the whole house in neutral tones with the exception of the blue bathrooms was what I hoped they would do. The next family can make it theirs by painting various colours if they choose.

I think the inside looks beautiful but the outside is what gives me the creeps! They need to paint that a light colour...the dark has always made it look creepy even if I'd seen it before Shannann and her babies were cruelly taken away. It doesn't make sense to me that they wouldn't change the outside.

Tears 😭 came out just looking at this video, I am a few days of becoming a new mommy myself and I can't believe this happened to her and her beautiful angel's. As I watched this video I was imagining how many fun moments they had there. I hope an amazing family is Abel to live there and take care of the house like she did. Thanks, Shinning Light. It has been a while. I have lost so many friends the last two years. Another one this past Thursday. Most of them younger than me. I can't look at this house and not feel that gut punch hurt. I can still see Shanann's Beautiful face and her talking and playing with Bella and CeeCee and Dieter. She was a strong young lady and I know she would want a nice young family to fill this house with love. It needs love and peace now. We will sure never forget all the Love Shanann and those Beautiful girls poured in this gorgeous home. God Bless and Forever Rest in Peace Sweet Angels. We will never forget you even if we didn't know you.

The lighter colours have made it look more airy and less dark/eerie tbh. unfortunately that will never take away the fact that a family had their precious lives stolen from them there. I doubt anyone could ever live truly happy in that house now, such a shame

Nothing cosmetic or a street name change will EVER change what happened in that home. In my opinion it should have been demolished and a new home built. This is just my opinion, no personal attacks please.
I hope it sells so the Rzucek’s can get paid for it and at least live with a little financial security. Glad to see most of it was returned to neutral tones. Sellers generally prefer that.

Shanann’s beautiful vibrant pops of color is now barely there. I envy her energy and organization she lovingly dedicated herself to making this a unique and warm home with Kodachrome pops of coral, purple, and other primary colors. Now it is beige, like the world, the house has been stripped of sparkle. Like many others, seeing her many kind and happy videos in here makes me appreciate what is important. I hope Shanann and her babies feel the love in heaven.
I feel the same way. I miss seeing Shanann's colors. It is missing her touch. She brought the house to life and made it so beautiful.
Just because you like neutral tones doesn’t mean you have no energy, organisation or warmth in your home. The only colour aside from white, black and grey in my home is green from my indoor plants but I am extremely house proud and my home is beautiful. The colour of a house does not matter. It’s what’s inside the house that makes it a home.
Shan'ann's pops of color might not be pleasing to a new owner. They did leave her vibrant blue paint in the laundry room and one of the bathrooms, and it looks great there. But they had to paint over the girls' bedroom walls, Shan'ann's closet, etc.
What did that monster do! It's still hard to comprehend, that lass was just loving her family and living her life doing no one any harm. Rest in Peace.

It will be a tough sell but I think eventually someone will buy it. But it will take someone special who can look beyond the crime and make it a beautiful home again.

Houses where murders occurred are sold and lived in again. It's too beautiful a home to just sit there when another family can live in it and love it again. Besides, as long as it sits there, Shan'ann's family can't move on. they have a lien on it, but once it sells, the money is theirs and they can close that chapter of their lives. They have a beautiful memorial to their daughter and grandchildren in NC. This has sat empty and sad long enough.

I just don't understand at all how he was unhappy with his life he had a wife who was an amazing mother and 2 precious children and another one on the way and a beautiful house and a wonderful family and he through it all away to sit and rot in prison he deserves all he gets and to think his family sits their and defends what he did knowing he killed their grandbabies like they were nothing I can't say how I really feel it's not appropriate I watched a video of his mom defending what he did and talking down on shanann they make me sick

Came upon this video while watching videos of the house being back up for sale, now in 2024. Didn’t think of this before, but I cannot imagine being part of the painting crew who repainted the inside of the home. Painting the girls bedrooms and bathroom, and all the colorful areas that showed personality, must have struck a chord in their hearts. Had to have been hard.

I would absolutely LOVE this house! The lay out is absolutely appealing to me. It's become my dream home but way out of my price line. I hope whom ever purchases it, loves and appreciates the house for what it is and not for the notoriety!! Shannan loved her home, and I think she'd like to know, someone else will appreciates her beautiful home and not for the notoriety of it's tragedy!! God Bless Shannan and the girls... @@Quick1blue I bought my own home at 23 with 2 boys ages 3 and 4 and as a single mom. No I do not have the money to purchase that home, but I do have my own home. I wouldn't tie myself to a mortgage that steep.

Just like the chris benoit house, this will remain like that. How can someone sleep in there and not think of what went down there. Also, places with murders and death become haunted over time. It's a well known fact.

I love the neutral colors! It’s still so sad to know that they are no longer there. In my mind, I just think “they will be back.” Unfortunately it’s not true. It’s just so hard to believe all this happened. I hope someone gives this home lots of love!
Shanann worked really hard to get that house. She cared so much about her family. She deserved everything, and it’s sad her life as well as her kids lives ended too soon. I hope they’re doing well. ♥️

I would have no issues living in that beautiful HOME. None whatsoever. The love & light that Shanann had for her two beautiful and precious daughters outweighs the sheer evil that took place in that house on the morning of August 13th. May they rest in peace: Shanann, Bella, Celeste & Niko.
Is this what the home looks like now? It’s beautiful. I’ve read on a page in memory of her that this was how it looked before they moved in. So I’m not sure. It’s so beautiful. She and the girls made that house a home, The exterior is so dark,I’d lighten it. Is it just this home’s address that was changed or did the whole street name for the neighbors have to be changed? This is how it looks right now. It was listed for sale 8 days ago. When Shanann moved in there was even less color and this house has a blue room which was what Shanann painted it.

Such a beautiful home, I hope a family fills it with the happy memories that Shannan and her beautiful babies would of had. Am in Scotland so wouldn't of been able to view it so thank you for sharing, like seeing the videos of Shanann and her gorgeous girls.
It would've been nice (albeit very expensive and tedious I'm sure) to completely tear the house down and replace the property with a memorial garden filled with all of Shanann's and the girls' favorite flowers and colors. A place where people like her family, friends, neighbors could come to pay homage and reflect on the beautiful lives of Shanann, Bella, CeCe and Baby Nico.
I hope a new family fills that home which is waiting for them with love and enjoyment. It is my hope that people will not keep going to the house and allow the new owners peace.
Sad to think once there were three beautiful souls who lived there. The silence 🤐 is very sad. Hope a wonderful family buys it .

They should have changed the exterior colors, first. The interior colors were happiness. I’m haunted by the sight of that exterior color combination. It will never make the final moments of this awful tragedy disappear.

I personally think they should tear it down and build a new one, as beautiful. The thoughts of the entire situation, from the beautiful, to the evil, would be too hard to move past and creating your own memories in the home.
I was doing fine until I saw the pictures of the bedrooms. Shanann was murdered in her bedroom and it’s hard to look at. Then I think that the girls were in their rooms sleeping when they were taken from bed and killed. Lastly, there is the 5th bedroom that would have been baby Nico’s room. The house is beautiful but I could never live there.
