- Shanann's house has finally sold! It sold to a family of five for $600,000. They are a husband and wife with three little children. They posted pictures and a beautiful and heartfelt statement on Facebook along with their realtor's statement. In this video I read aloud what both the realtor and the couple say about the purchase. They also plan to honor Shanann, Bella, CeCe and Nico. They sound like a lovely family and I wish them all the best. Please give them privacy as they move in and get settled. I think Shanann would be happy that the home she loved so much will finally be filled with love and laughter again like it was when she lived there.

✨💫 This is a memorial channel dedicated to Shanann, Bella, CeCe and Nico Watts. The world got a little darker on August 13, 2018 when these four beautiful souls were taken from us. I named this channel Shining Light because Shanann, Bella, CeCe and Nico's light shines brighter then Chris's darkness does. I edit these videos in my free time and I am always trying to find new videos and pictures. I try to be creative and tell her story in different ways and by adding my own touches. When I started this channel I had no idea how many would come. I just wanted a troll free and hate free place to upload videos of her.

She was an amazing person and the most loving and caring mother to her girls. She did not abuse them or mistreat them or drug them! It’s so ridiculous I even have to say this. I will also not tolerate people slamming her for her being in debt. Most people are in debt, it’s called life and having kids! She was finding her way and was becoming successful. She would have bounced back in no time. She was a beautiful person who truly cared about others. She was a gem and did not deserve what happened to her. There are hate channels out there who make up lies about Shanann and torment her family. It's sad and if you support those channels shame on you. They make up lies to get clicks to get money. Also, it’s worth mentioning that this channel is not for the Rzucek’s. Although I do respect them greatly and I pray for them all the time. These videos would be hard for them to watch and I do not make them geared towards them. I don’t think there was any money. You had 4 years worth of taxes utilities maintenance and HOA fees.on top of the mortgage contract. Plus real estate commission and taxes on the sale.
My sister moved into a murder/suicide house because the price was so low. And she just decided that if her and her family were doing good things in the home, then they’d only have good experiences there. And that’s absolutely true, the revived that home and gave it life again. I wish the same upon this house and this family.

Very happy to report, I passed by the home tonight and it was all lit up with loving CHRISTmas lights. I think Shannann and the Angels would be very happy and proud. Thank you to this family, may they have a beautiful Christmas.

They did not buy this house for attention. They bought it because it’s a beautiful and huge home and they got a great deal. This house was valued at $816,000 in 2022 and in 2023 that number has gone up and is closer to a million dollars. It’s also a great neighborhood with excellent schools. Why can’t people understand it was a good deal and that is why they bought it. Also, the girls were not killed there, just Shanann. 😞

A home where toddlers and a pregnant lady was murdered and of course here they are for everyone to see how amazing they are for buying this home. A private person and family not wanting attention wouldn't purchase this home from all houses. I think you are the one needing to use that brain. What an amazing Tribute to Shannan and the girls. The fact that they mentioned her and the girls at all says a lot about who these people are. That home will be happy again, instead of sad.

You may be and don’t know about it. Happens a lot. Depending on what state the property is located in, they may not have to disclose its history. Doesn’t matter how expensive either….we paid $800,000 for a house in an gated equestrian community in Florida. It was a steal, and it wasn’t till several months later we found out the previous owner was murdered in the garage. (unsolved to this day). We didn’t worry about it

a house that cost that much $. We're talking over a half million dollars. Plus the HOA was not on board with putting a memorial park or garden on the empty lot. What is surprising is the price of the home. I never thought it would sell for more than $300,000.00 considering its history.
Why would the bank destroy a house they owned? There was built in equity so that doesn’t make any sense at all.

But this house? When I found out that it had been sold (and I’m VERY happy that it has been sold & there’s a beautiful family putting love, life, and laughter back into it) I tried to imagine living there - in Shan’anns home. Even my mind wouldn’t let me do it. I have that whole house memorized, but placing myself in it just feels - wrong? I guess? - I’m not sure that 1 single day would go by in that house where I didn’t think about Shan’ann & the girls. Where I wouldn’t remind myself how old Nico would have been that day, or thinking about how it would be Bella’s 1st day of high school in a few years…then 4 years later how she’d be graduating that day. I wouldn’t want to think about those things, I just know I would. For some reason this event hit me, and stuck with me, unlike anything before it, or since. There are plenty of murders that are just as senseless, horrifying, and emotion provoking…there are other family family inhalators. This one was just different for me. I’m so happy that this family will be bringing love back into that house, but I know what you mean, because it couldn’t be me either.

One of my friends bought a home that a murder had occurred in. She asked her priest to come to the house and do a blessing there, and she lived there happily until she met and married her husband! People who are confident in their love and ability, can make that home happy once more. I love the idea that the family and the children, will we able to carry Shanann, Bella, Cece and Nico in their hearts, and not be afraid. They can rest easily now that they know their bedrooms are being slept in by new and happy children. I hope the Universe blesses the family with nothing by happiness and good fortune.

At the end God knew those babies with be in heaven with him which is much better than this earth filled with evil. Oh my gosh. My heart dropped when I found out it was a family of five. Two girls and a boy. This made me tear up. It makes me emotional for the circumstances surrounding it, but I know The Miller’s will make this house a home and will fill it with love and cherish it. This is a new beginning for them and I’m wishing them happiness and lots of great memories. We will always remember Shanann, the girls and Nico no matter what.

I just want to clear something up. The family that bought this home believed it was a great deal as the house was appraised for much more and they genuinely loved the home. They did not buy it because of the tragedy that occurred or to allow people to tour it. They plan to live a happy, regular life there.

Out of ALL the horrific things that have happened in this world in my 56 years, I could not sleep for 3 nights after following this tragic story. It shook me to my core! I know we are not to judge; but he really should have got the death penalty! In the end God knows best & Chris WILL have his day in front of God, as we all will! Although it is illegal for landlords to not tell you there was a death in the residence doesn't mean landlords don't try to get away with it from time to time. So for all you know your current or future property might have had a death in it unfortunately and you'd never know unless you ask neighbors.

I felt such a feeling of dread seeing the inside of that house again. Living in this house and especially sleeping in the room where Shannon was murdered is not a choice everyone could make, but if the Miller family feels it’s a good choice for them, I wish them all the best. It’s a bit strange how well everyone who closely followed this terrible case knows almost every inch of the house! Anyway, I hope they will be allowed to live in the house undisturbed. The neighbors too deserve to reclaim their peace and privacy and carry on with their lives without the stress of being part of a morbid tourist attraction. Hopefully a new family bringing life back into those walls will close the old chapter and signal the start of a new, happier one.

I too would have a hard time moving into the master bedroom and sleeping in there knowing what happened.. But I am glad this one family was brave enough to look past that and give this nice house a fresh start..
I really hope that at the very least some renovations were made.. Like maybe change out the carpets or re-paint the walls, before this house was sold.. Just to change up the “energy” of the house.

It’s not about superstition. It’s about going to bed knowing that a woman was brutally murdered by her husband in that exact spot then he did the same to his babies near by. Some ppl don’t want that constant reminder.

I didn’t no Shanann but I no from watching her videos that she loved that house so much and like the people who have moved in there said… it’s the only home those 2 little girls knew. Would be such a shame to tear it down. So happy it’s now being lived in by a lovely family

When I was 24, I purchased my first house. I was so excited and proud. I was never told that the original owner unalived herself inside. I have her reflection in my bedroom mirror and she left the garage light on for me (I worked 3-11 shift).
Full. Circle. When I met my husband and he told his mother where I lived, she said that she worked with the Jennifer (the OG owner) years ago. Years later when i sold the house, my now mother in law was helping me with a yard sale and heard Jennifer’s voice say hello to her. It’ was a very interesting experience!
I do hope that they cleanse the house with good intentions and ask Shanann to protect them from any negativity. IMO.

The Watts family was such a tragedy. There are many murder houses out there that people call home. I wish the Miller's all the best. It is now your home.
My Grandparents both died of natural causes 10 years apart, in their beds at home. The family who lives there now tells us whenever they see us that they feel so much love and peace in the home.
I don't know what to think about that... Personally, I could not live in a house where a woman got killed, and where her two adorable little girls used to be so happy before getting killed elsewhere by a man who also lived in that house, I find it very odd & disturbing. We've had a similar case here in France in 2011 with the 'Xavier Dupont de Ligonnès' case in Nantes. I live within 15 minutes by bus from the house where Xavier Dupont de Ligonnès killed his entire family (his wife + his 3 sons and his daughter), and also the two labradors, before vanishing.This case has often been compared to the John List case in the USA, and carries on captivating the nation as Xavier Dupont De Ligonnès is still on the run to date. Some beleive he could be dead by now (suicide?), some other are convinced that he's changed his identity and live somewhere in the world, possibly in the USA as he used to live there when he was younger.
Even though I live nearby, I've never had the curiosity to go to the exact address but I know that many people keep on going there to take some pictures/selfies...quite a dodgy tourism.

There are many ways to remove any "dark energy". A Native American medicine man or a similar person can come and use smudge pots to clear any bad energy. A priest, clergyman, minister, or Rabbi can come and bless the house. The laughter of little children will chase away any bad spirits. Love will clear and clean it.

I could never live in that house! If you look at the Miller family they have 2 girls and a boy. Even looks like the kids are close in age to what would have been … I would not be able to have peace or relax in that home, and I couldn’t have my kids there.
It’s tragic what happened but that doesn’t mean the house is haunted or cursed just because some monster resided there. May this new family have happy memories and love, joy for many many years.

I still cannot process HOW someone (name not worthy to be mentioned) didn’t see he had a life many wish for and stripped it over a stupid affair with someone who ended up ratting him out the second she knew something was fishy anyway.

A man hung himself in his apartment near my mum's. Years later another family moved into that apartment after the man's fam sold it. The new family is so blessed and they prosper in many ways, the apartment is not even haunted. Blessed are those who believe in good things.

I commend their positivity and all the credit they gave to Shanann and her kids. I would personally not buy this house given how much I learned about the murder and the heartache this whole incident has on me.

Looking at the photos of this beautiful home makes me think of how Shanann must have felt when they moved in. She must’ve been thinking the same thing the Millers are when they move in…the memories her family would make as her kids grew up. The family holidays, birthday parties, first day of school pictures, prom photos, graduation photos and every other memory a family makes ❤ I hope those memories are uninterrupted for the Miller family and they fill that home with love and laughter again.
