Do you worry about the unhealthy oils street vendors and restaurants use? :Like palm oils, coconut is much healthier, this is why my wife and I cook our own foods mostly, we do not trust restaurants to use good ingredients
I don't eat outside everyday so a balance diet is the best way

yeah they use mostly seed oils especially street vendors, that's why i avoid them

Thanks so much for your comment it’s a big honor to get reply from u and trust me I love Bangkok I visited first time in march and then in July and now recently in august and I purchased all new tech from laptop to everything and decorated my office with toys and everything from commart , fortune town and mega plaza
😮I been 20 years abd what I see now is lots of spray graffiti everywhere buildings construction sites shop fronts This never happened then Need to crack down on it. October is the best month weather no tourists cheap hotel deals. Yes wear a hat in tbe day time your nose gets burnt easily 😊 rain 🌧 not a issue we have cold rain Taxi when its flooding the roads is nice and a bit scary like a boat 🚢

I like to buy a bottle of duty free liquor before returning to the US but I found that King Power Thailand is much more expensive than the duty free in other countries. I've heard several other people say the same thing.

Yes, it is. Surely Jomtein is much better for families, but you can be at central Pattaya in 10 minutes
