I love how you gave exact step by step instructions and showed what you did and followed up with a quick recap. These are exactly the kind of videos I look for! Thank you
I'm looking forward to trying it this weekend...I do appreciate the insight for the grill marks I did a terrible job on my first round of strips father's day weekend.
Awesome teaching style in this video! Really appreciated the simplicity of the instructions and the recap at the end! Well done, sir. I'm about to grill my pork chops and I know they're going to come out great!!
WHY in the world don't have 10K likes is beyond me. One dumb question. I thought the meat had to be 165 degrees to be safe. Thank you for this great informational video.
Easy Peasy! My chops were closer to an inch and I probably should have turned from 10 to 2 every minute instead of every 1 1/2 minutes with them being smaller, so they got up to 170ish. But still pretty tender and delicious!
I completely understand my friend myself I can not use propane I'm a wood or charcoal guy but I still love your videos and will still keep watching them

What do you recommend for a gas grill without a top rack?
I recommend to turn one side of the grill completely off and place them there.
