c2 wanderer c6 faruzan is the true showcase. Works the same for Itto and Raiden. For Itto, it's more playstyle and rotation that improves. Raiden and Wanderer already have good rotational synergy for their teams, but their c2's boost their damage per rotation significantly. At c2 wanderer c6 faruzan, here's a neat little trick that does enable a rotation shortcut which leads to more frontloaded damage if a situation calls for it...if you go through a rotation of bennet to flex (zhongli or c4 jean or xiangling or whoever) and then faruzan and then do NAs and burst on wanderer, you can go right back into bennets burst, cycle through your team to get energy on everyone and then go right back into wanderer to use his burst on cd and still take advantage of faruzan's burst as it has 100% uptime (ends after 18 seconds but applies the buff/debuff on it's final application for 4 seconds which persists before recasting). This let's you preserve energy on Faru and yorur flex while also doing a lot of frontloaded damage through his burst. If you need to, spamming sprints is a great way to speed up the process of getting your points below 50% to maximize c2 burst. Due to his 15 sec burst cd, this makes needing to frequently dodge less punishing as you stand to gain something from it, so long as the enemy is killed in the process. Using Bennet and Wanderer's burst alone like this is a niche shortcut and does lend itself well to restarting the full rotation. With decent energy recharge on Bennet and if using a fav sword (which is especially useful when bennet is teamed up with xiangling), he has no problem getting his burst back quick, especially through a hold e and NA attack after 2 hits of the E charge from his c4. It's amazing for getting bennet's burst back up to full from 0 energy and heavily underestimated. Wanderer with decent energy recharge can get his burst back at the end of a full rotation and your faruzan and flex will be ready with their bursts.

I have a C2 Scara! I just did a damage test, actually. I did pop an Adeptus Temptation and an Anemo potion, but his burst hit for 84,495. In total, 422,475. His third attack in his attack chain also hit for a little over 50k. That being said, again, he IS C2R1 and he's on a 2 piece VV and 2 piece DP until I get the full set. I have a C6 Faruzan with her burst at 9 running Elegy with 2 piece EoS (no other set bonus but I plan on getting her a 4 piece Tenacity). Also a C6 Xingqiu on 2 piece HoD and 2 piece EoS. My Bennett is C5 with his burst at 12 with an Aquila. Same story with him, tho. Just a 2 piece EoS bc artifact farming is hard hgkjfhgd.
Honestly, while shields are always helpful, I wouldn't actually say that they're entirely necessary for Scara. He's incredibly mobile, especially with his special no-stamina procs and I've found that even just drifting slightly in the air whilst attacking is enough to circumvent a lot of unnecessary damage. I was able to easily 36-star with him, (non-c6) Faruzan, Benny and Xinqiu who's interruption resistance helped with his knock-back issue a LOT even when he did get hit. Him and Venti also work AMAZINGLY together, practically felt like a speedrun on any floors with succable enemies.
honestly wanderer is a great dps, I have him at c0 and r1 w c1 faruzan and he does 49k charged attacks most of the time. his burst is somewhat lacking in terms of dmg but if you get the right build on him he’s pretty damn good.
i have mine double crowned, only lvl8 burst. i dont have his set or his weapon and im stupidly excited to get his set, possibly his weapon in the future. i got him to c2 this banner, which as you can see, doesnt increase charged atk dmg. despite this, i broke over 100k with him. my highest dmg ever was with trial raiden when i first started playing the game, i hit 88k. this was also without mona, which probably couldve done more for my damage, but i only had faruzan, benny and layla in my team. im more and more impressed with him every time i play him, this will be my first 36* ever

My c0 Atlas Wanderer alone can do 15k per normal when E is activated. With Benny, he can do 25k per basic, and 40k per charged. I kinda wished I have Faruzan too for further damage increase.
doing his 2 normals, charged, then repeat has more dps than spamming na. spamming charged is the highest dps but if you dash/cancel you lose damage so i like to do e, x2 normal, charged, x2 normal, charged...
I wanted scara since I first saw him in the event in 1.1... My scara is c2r1 with talents 9/9/9 (but I'll triple crown him as soon as I can) I already got his new set and my ratio is 71% crit rate, 202% crit dmg, 120% ER, 2045 ATK. I use him usually in two teams. Bennett, Diona and c6 Faruzan or with Faruzan, Zhongli and Yun Jin c6. He does crazy dmg and its so fun to play! It was my easiest abyss ever
nice ^^ i had terrible luck with the set so i have no bonus set on him now, when widsith r4 has the right buff i get 50k charged spam :D i plan to lv up thoma to have pyro resonance with bennyboi and faruzan :D should get higher damage like that :V can't wait! having so much fun ^^
I actually struggled on this abyss way more than on previous one because Zhongli is my only raised geo character and while you still can kill Wolflord pretty easy with a bunch of characters that freaking 18 rifthounds on third floor are just straight up hell.
@@Kevin-um1nq I ended up building freeze team with Ayaka for those rifthounds alone. Cleared 12-1 and 12-2 with different team. If that could help somehow.
@@x_Psyduck_x i don't have kokomi and my Mona is unbuilt too 😭 i can't freeze team it, i tried standing on zhongli pillar and sniping with ganyu but then energy becomes an issue and on top of that sometimes they big wolves don't wanna group up, and they can't be CC either
@@Kevin-um1nq well the other pretty good option is just National/Rational team but then again it uses some of the greatest supports in the game so you need some sort of team for the first half with niche supports

My thinking is that you use Layla if you have Faruzan or C4 Jean on the team, but if you don't, then you go Zhongli. The reasoning being that the debuff Faruzan or Jean provide will probably push the mobs below 0%, which would halve the impact of Zhongli's debuff, while Layla provides better energy, cryo to swirl, potentially her bonus damage for normals if you have the constellation, doesn't have an issue with constructs that poof if a boss touches them, and Wanderer's cryo bonus. But if you aren't running Faruzan, then you'll most likely get more benefit from Zhongli's resist debuff, you have two other team slots to get Wanderer buffs with, if so desired, and you can enjoy the longer duration and even stronger shield Zhongli provides. But yeah, there is the question of if Bones has her built, assuming she has her at all. And also the question of how many constellations.
i think thoma is a good replacement for zhongli for the pyro resonance :> wanderer has high crit rate anyway so it's not that hard to get a high ratio :V
Xlice made a DMG comparison here on TH-cam on all weapons wanderer can use and believe it or not the best in slot for him (with Bennett and Faruzan) is a R5 widsith surpassing even his own weapon with the first and second buff,his weapon comes in a close second tho.

I got C2 Wanderer and his weapon (accidentally got 2 of the bells xD) he is incredibly strong but I was so surprised that when it comes to DPScreenshot Farzuzan actually does more dmg xD mine has only 100 crit dmg because I gave her my best ER pieces while wanderer has 220 crit dmg xD both have lvl 9 E skills but if hers is +3 lvl
This abyss is kind of annoying, I'm not going to lie. So many people said the last one was the hardest but even as an F2P I found myself getting 9 stars within one go. The current one though agh, it just came back to the same dps check with enemies that have a bunch of immunity fazes and 5 second damage windows before they run away. Aaaaaanyways though, Moga going for C2 Wanderer when? XD

I also haven't built noelle cause I'm triggered that I had her like c20. I also don't want to farm the def artidacr set since I doubt I'm ever getting itto
Wanderer felt way better with his signature set, like, it's not even close. The attack speed is doing wonders, it's great for NA spam, a must if you use 3NA combo. You can always open with his CA since the 4pc buff for 15 sec. He is in the air for about 10 sec or so, and 5 sec is enough to pop faruzan bennet maybe a shield before scara. I like using sac weapon on the shielder so the duration and durability will be refreshed. Also, Wolford is actually easier to do with fucking scara than itto 🤣 I put full def geo and struggle more than scara or yoimiya vape team with noelle as shield spam (save the burst for the wolfies chargeable) since his range is melee although he can hit with his burst CA.
Gotta say Wanderer made me really like this abyss haha. I feel you on the artifacts, so far 2x viri 2x atk, 2100k 71-248, 120 er, C2/R1, 10-8-7 man be slicin' through everything haha, I will probably instead farming new domain get a nice Milelith 4piece for Faruzan and wait for boss mats to max talents! Hope everyones having alot fun with him! :)
my wanderer is level 80 rn with 72/205 cr cd, but he doesnt seem to hit large numbers,, (his talents are 6/6/6 and i use him w/ benny and yelan and zhongli) like usually he hits 6-10k :( am i doing smth wrong... is it because he is c0?

I tried 11-3-2 without shields or healing with hyperbloom meelee Childe team. It was really painful. I tried again with Wanderer instead of Childe and it was only a little easier
if anything using buffs is expected this late in the game, constelations are more cheating then foods of pots since those are easily acquirable and farmable while constelations aren't

if you're not going to go double geo for geo res, you should really use Layla for the crit rate.

Floor12 is definitely easier then the last time but not by a huge margin I had too redoo soo many times to get all the stars.

That's not a very good metric. Does it average with the unbuffed Widsith though? The CD is long. I doubt the average is better than his sig.

So far I've seen 20k per hit on burst and 32k charged attack on my c0 widsith Scara with a lvl 60 c0 Faruzan.
I got C2 Wanderer and his weapon (accidentally got 2 of the bells xD) he is incredibly strong but I was so surprised that when it comes to DPScreenshot Farzuzan actually does more dmg xD mine has only 100 crit dmg because I gave her my best ER pieces while wanderer has 220 crit dmg xD both have lvl 9 E skills but if hers is +3 lvl

This abyss is kind of annoying, I'm not going to lie. So many people said the last one was the hardest but even as an F2P I found myself getting 9 stars within one go. The current one though agh, it just came back to the same dps check with enemies that have a bunch of immunity fazes and 5 second damage windows before they run away.

But seriously though, it's worth it to invest on Ninqguang at least, especially if you have Zhongli, those two Bennett and an off field DPS(preferably Albedo because ahem* he's Very POG) should be able to clear the second half within one minute and thirty, which coincidentally Is more or less the time that I took to finish both halves.
@@johnybenx3165 I actually have ningguang built and tried using her but her dmg wasn't nearly enough. I did end up 9 starring it using national+zhongli though. I also haven't built noelle cause I'm triggered that I had her like c20. I also don't want to farm the def artidacr set since I doubt I'm ever getting itto

Wanderer felt way better with his signature set, like, it's not even close. The attack speed is doing wonders, it's great for NA spam, a must if you use 3NA combo. You can always open with his CA since the 4pc buff for 15 sec. He is in the air for about 10 sec or so, and 5 sec is enough to pop faruzan bennet maybe a shield before scara. I like using sac weapon on the shielder so the duration and durability will be refreshed. Also, Wolford is actually easier to do with fucking scara than itto 🤣 I put full def geo and struggle more than scara or yoimiya vape team with noelle as shield spam (save the burst for the wolfies chargeable) since his range is melee although he can hit with his burst CA.

I feel you on the artifacts, so far 2x viri 2x atk, 2100k 71-248, 120 er, C2/R1, 10-8-7 man be slicin' through everything haha, I will probably instead farming new domain get a nice Milelith 4piece for Faruzan and wait for boss mats to max talents! my wanderer is level 80 rn with 72/205 cr cd, but he doesnt seem to hit large numbers,, (his talents are 6/6/6 and i use him w/ benny and yelan and zhongli) like usually he hits 6-10k :( am i doing smth wrong... is it because he is c0?

I tried 11-3-2 without shields or healing with hyperbloom meelee Childe team. It was really painful. I tried again with Wanderer instead of Childe and it was only a little easier
With électro bar the wanderer can charge his burst pretty quickly
