Yes, the 4Runner racks have no problem installing the Naturnest RTT, but the Naturnest awning may be a little more difficult to install.

will this hold on my jeep cherokee trailhawk crossbars and hold 200 lbs. more?

Is that a factory roof rack? How much does Naturnest RTT weigh?
Yes, the Polaris plus in the video comes with a factory roof rack, but does not include the crossbars. The Polaris plus RTT weighs 181 lbs.
How wide are the mounting bolts?
The width of the mounting bolts is approximately 0.59 inches，Length is approximately 2.4 inches
can we purchase extra mounting brackets ?
Do you need to buy mounting brackets for your awning?
no i need extra brackets for the tent to mount to my Sherpa Crestone rack / the tent came with 4 and i need an additional 2-3
