I hear ya! Yeah, one hard landing, and that part of the fuse easily cracks from the weight up front holding the battery. I ended up reinforcing that part of the fuse, right below where the canopy sits, with a popsicle stick! Cheap and effective item!:D
@@frankflyrc Great idea! I was going to mention this issue in the forums but decided not to create a fuss. It's a design flaw, but the popsicle stick idea is perfect.
Good thing it is still going strong by the looks of it, it doesnt seem like it needed a lot to get if the ground. How much runway do you recogn it uses?
Yeah, just a little minor damage. All fixed up now. I think our runway is 300 feet. This model uses maybe a little more than half that distance to rotate.
