Hi! Around a 30-35 min drive to UC Irvine City Drive in Orange, I would say that’s pretty close. I know and have helped many purchase in the Corona area who travel and work towards that area. Let me know if you’d like extra information about the homes and/or the area. Call/text 951-533-9966. Thanks for watching!
Wyatt Plan 1 - Condo-style homes Starting at $584,000 --> not sure if this is the "cheapest" considering 1.7% tax rate & high HOA fee above $200. Buying a smaller single family vs condo or townhomes would be preferable,,,but hey, these types of condos and townhomes are popping up everywhere.
Why? I have friends who pay HOA. They don't have any issues or complaints about the same. This is not Florida where they increase it ridiculously high.
Why? This isn't Florida or Texas where they increase it ridiculously high. I have friends who pay HOA for years and they don't have any complaints or issues about it.
@@ppraish Make sure you read the contract every details before you sign. There are tons of stupid rules (parking, vehicles, trash cans, exterior lighting, etc.) by the HOA you have to abide by. Basically, any home alteration that they can see from the outside, you must ask their permission before starting it. Many people regret buying homes with HOA. Don't say i didn't warn you.
Really nice video, but let's be honest. Those are not real homes. And taking the HOA and other fees, you'd be better off buying a real home at about $800K.... They are nice, but seriously. We moved like others to AZ to retire, sold our home, and laugh at CA prices. I cannot believe people think $700K and $500 HOA is a bargain.
I considered buying a Phoenix area home, but my least favorite colors are tan, light tan, dark tan, tannish-grey, light brown, medium light brown, taupe, light taupe, desert sand, medium desert sand, light almond, desert brown,...
AZ isn't as cheap as it once was. The pay is extremely less and the heat is beyond bearable. AZ is a desert, not even luxury, unless we're talking Scottsdale. There is no way homes should be 600k in AZ .
@@beastvine The avg price of a house in Flagstaff is $700K. A lot of the state is covered in a forest, largest one in the US, actually. Prescott never gets to 100 degrees. Bullhead City, where it is hot, the homes along the river can go for over a million, as well as ones on the hills overlooking it. Cost of living is much cheaper than CA. Our highest electric bill this summer was $275. That's with 120 degree heat. We have friends in Riverside that pay over $400 or more...In winter, we're barely $70. Our water with sewer is less than $100 every single month. AZ weather will be cooler than the central valley of CA, or just as warm. This Friday, it will be as hot in Riverside as it is where we are... Palm Springs will be much hotter than us this week. So, I guess homes there should be dirt cheap.

HOAs are a deal breaker. Never go that route folks
I can’t believe how small those bedrooms are!!!! It’s like being in a little cage! And so expensive!!
Dont ever buy an HOA home
Exactly!! They keep going higher, even twice a year and they practically steal your money.. Don’t do it

@@ppraish I forgot one more thing. The HOA can issue expensive fines and foreclose your home if you don't abide by their rules.

I couldn’t agree more, specially this agent saying cheap lol 😂😂😂 that’s funny!
Weather is brutal in Arizona. Summer highs are crazy and winters are crazy too

People get old on 91 fwy
Hundreds in hoa a month. Tightly spaced townhomes no privacy
Those homes been in the market for a long time trash
These designs are stupid
They’re working with smaller spaces so some designs won’t be the most popular.
