@@brendanautomation Thanks crack for sharing this info. Do you think it is feasible to integrate it to GHL? It would be a down to earth solution for companies. Stay tuned thanks!
all videos are takeing the easy aproach, would be nice to try and use custom LLM like your own local LLM (ollama) or one from other providers ( Qwen, Mistral, Llama )
thanks for your great guide, i can do itii, but can i access this AI agent with my website or social media platform? i want to build an AI agent to support my customers where they can input information and get back ASAP
Thank you Brendan for this amazing video and for all the value you provide! I I’m running into an issue with receiving inbound calls via twilio number attached to my assistant. It seems like there’s additional configuration required to make it work properly. Any advice or resources you could share would be greatly appreciated. Keep up the great work!👏🏻🙏🏻
@@brendanautomation Thank you Brendan for your prompt response to my query. When I call the Twilio number linked to my assistant, it rings briefly and then disconnects. According to ElevenLabs documentation, it’s necessary to set up a public URL using ngrok and configure Twilio for incoming calls by setting the webhook URL to my ngrok URL and other settings 😓 it’s not so easy like Vapi
Thanks, expalined pretty much all I needed to know. But would have been nice to see the cost of the call in credits to determine whether this would be a viable proposition for something like a Chinese takewaay. If the call costs as much as the meal, maybe it wouldn't?
My only worry is hallucinations and jailbreaking, if I run a cell phone company I don't want my employee to be selling cars and I don't want somebody to be able to jailbreak my employee into giving away free stuff
Prompt engineering can solve this, this particular prompt was a template from Eleven Labs that had zero guardrails in place and was a freeform AI. More than possible to implement guardrails to guide the conversation.
Could just make this demo a little faster. I don’t think you sped it up as much as possible. Ridiculous man! It’s nice of you to share, but if you’re going to speed it up this fast to meet an algorithm then what the hell is the point!
@ sped up doesn’t always mean mechanically. It was just done so fast and obviously it was edited so that there was no breaks in speech. I put it on 75% and it was still fast. The only part that was normal was the 11 labs speech. Anyway,, whatever, it’s your channel and you can do whatever you want.
@@brendanautomation They are expensive also. Perhaps you could give an example of a use case that would make it feasible. Are you using it to supplement your income?

Awesome video Brendan, thanks for your video tutorial, please make video about ElevenLabs and vectorshift RAG combination
I believe they already have a knowledge base built in?
A great guide & tutorial Brendan. Thank you for showcasing our Conversational AI feature!
Hey Louis, thanks for watching!
How do you rank this versus Vapi for outbound calling? Thanks for the video
awesome vids man!!
Thanks!
awesome video! would love to have a video on how and to whom to sell it!
Thanks for watching
Awesome. Would love to see you make more videos about Elevenlabs agents, Brendan. Maybe some with Elevenlabs + GHL?
Thanks for watching, definitely more to come if it keeps improving.

Have you found these models to perform better for Voice Agents?
I want to learn and master webhook configuration. Do you have any videos on this?
I don't unfortunately, maybe something to create in the future. Should be some other videos out there to help.
@@brendanautomation paying Fivver good idea for client use?

For text based agents, I would recommend Voiceflow.

Hello, what error are you receiving when trying to connect the number? I usually find and error If my account doesn't have any funds left.

Ah okay that's annoying. Will just need to follow their documentation.
what do I use to get it to pick up the phone for me?

Sir I wanted to ask that can I add my own number in bland ai instead of buying a number in usa
I dont use Bland AI unfortunately sorry.
How do you make it know what time it is?
Hi, you can create custom webhooks to run automations and retrieve any data, including current date and times.

Can you set this up as a service to businesses etc and get paid monthly?
I've found that the quality or LLM intelligence is not as good compared to bland or retell though
That's interesting, may just require more prompting on the front end.
Is it available for all pricing plans? I don't see it mentioned as a feature
You can start using it on the free plan
Can I tie into GHL?
You can send data via any webhook, so yes.

The demo wasn't speed up at all

This is good news.
Far too expensive.
The price seemed quite similar to other platforms. What is the exact cost per minute you found it to be?
