I just got the 5mm 18k 28 inch it is sweet like yours, I am tickled, I put a American Buffalo 24 k coin in a gold bezel and I got the proclamation lion and snake clasp man it is a sweet set up chain with clasp 123 gams with bezel and coin 157 grams , I am stoked needless to say.. enjoy brother
Thats a perfect solitaire chain i needa upgrade from my 2mm franco lol, and same everyone wears ropes, i like the color and quality of the francos more!
That chain is a beauty! I've been looking at the 4MM or 5MM. What do you think? 4 or 5? I like the girth and heft of the 5 for sure, but the 4MM still has presence, even though it is smaller.
I was between those 2 as well but ended up going with the 4mm to have more of a subtle look. To me I thought the 5mm had too much presence and also too much weight to be wearing it everyday. I wore a 5mm rope 14k solid for a bit and that was 40grams and felt just about perfect I could go a little heavier but not much. This 5mm is more than double lol and it's doable but I just don't know if id want to wear it everyday. My everyday is going to be slept in showered in worked out in EVERYthing everyday all day so 94 grams was insane. I ended up going with a 3mm and a 4mm Franco yellow gold and white gold, more subtle and still the same weight as the 5mm but split if that makes sense lol so I can rock one one day and the other the next. As well as throwing a pendant on.
@@TrevorATX I agree! I’ve settled on the 4MM. The question is now of purity: do I go 14 or 18 karat? 14 karat has the perfect weight of 60 - 61 grams, whereas 18 karat has somewhere around 72 grams. This is for the 22 inch. Would anything that heavy in the seventy gram range be too much to handle for everyday wear? I don’t mind a bit of heaviness around the neck, just to remind me it’s there. I love that feeling. Adding a pendant to it like the large lion will add about 20 more grams. Something for me to consider.
@@spacecat7715 I think the large lion with 4mm would look dope and very well proportioned. Also I ended up sending my 4mm back and exchanging for the 5mm LOL so there goes what I said about being too heavy I said fuck it I gotta get something with a little more presence. Haven't gotten the 5mm yet but yeah still jacoje but yellow 14kt this time vs white 14kt last time and 1mm bigger. Also if you ask me id go 14kt to curb some of the weight and for the color tone. I am unconventional when it comes to color tones of yellow gold, most like the darker golden look going up to 24kt but I really love the 14kt look. That bright light yellow look for me is the spot. 18kt and on it becomes orange ish almost and I just am not a fan. However if you like the look of darker gold and can afford to go 18kt+ always make that choice. Because when you choose a higher purity the cost the goes up is literally only in gold value. Meaning if you buy a 14kt piece for 2500, then the same spec 18kt piece for say 3400. The 900 dollar increase is literally only gold value increase so 900 bucks worth of gold more. When you buy the chain you're going to get hit with that initial overhead import manufacture fee etc but you only pay that once in that one chain, regardless of purity. If that makes sense. I went with 14kt and all my shit will be 14kt because I don't believe in 10k or any low purity like that because its mostly alloys at that point and I dont like the look of 18kt or higher. All preference though!
@@TrevorATX I’m looking forward to your review of your chain then. I’m still leaning toward the 4MM, and might be the 14 karat after all. We’ll see. If the stars align right, might go for the 5MM. I definitely wanna feel that weight, and have that presence. Though the 5MM might be a trickier width to pair with some pendants. Might have to get a custom bail then.
@@spacecat7715 go with 18kt trust me. I just had two bracelets in 14kt the rooe and franco and you WILL want to upgrade in the karats. I just upgraded to 18kt same rope and franco will be getting it in two weeks. The 18kt color N shine on a d/c italian franco and a d/c peruvian rope is UNMATCHED.
How are you finding the 18k? Do you wear it every day and never take it off? Also in comparison with the 14k have you noticed any difference in strength/durability?
Would you recommend getting at 20 inch version of this? I know you had the 20 inch heavy link and was curious on if you had issues with the chain going behind the shirt when you didn’t want it to? Thanks
I honestly sold the 20 inch...if you are a smaller skinny guy then a 20 inch may be like a 22 on you..for a solitaire chain though 22 inch is my favorite it's not too long not too short
@@Logannorth1988 What's your height? I'm 6'2"/200lbs and was thinking about a 20 inch but watching your video I think I may go with a 22 given I'm more on the taller side
Just so people know I bought a 22 inch rope and it was to long for me looked weird so I ended up going with a 20 18k 4 mm rope fro Jacoje perfect size. I’m 5’ 7” and 155 skinny.
@@tatejr21 I actually ended up buying the 5mm Diamond Cut Franco in 18k and I’m glad I did. It actually sits quite high as it’s perfectly round. A larger diameter wouldn’t look good in my opinion. In fact, a smaller diameter may even look a bit better but I’m very happy with my choice.
I love the style chains y’a bought from Jacoje it’s what I want but I saw you were melting down some gold to get a Miami chain from Daniels so could you post a video on the new ones you recently bought thanks Logan!
@BlackPanther1SS I don't have either left today. Sold both making at least 35% on each. Was actually pretty good timing for me, but i could have made more. Just not a lot of patience.

Beautiful chain if you don’t mind me asking how tall are you? Was on the fence regarding the same chain, but in 24 or 22 inch.
For some reason, the bracelet looks thicker than the chain? Is that really the case? Or is it just a trick of the eye?
Do you wish you had 6mm for the wrist or still choosing 5mm
Dope video gonna get a 3.5m 18k Franco can’t wait!
Great choice!

Jacoje for the win Team Francos
Yes!
do you think the width is good for you? I cant decide on a 3mm 4mm or 5mm, how flashy is the 5mm for you?
Just ordered the 5mm plain cut in 14k white gold and a 1.5mm dc with the flooded cross for my wife from him
Is it too big or no?
how much did you pay at the time

18k scratches easy. Other then that richer look overall from 14k. I like 18k the best. It's durable and shines.
