This song brings back memories. I played it in a recital for my piano teacher, other students and parents when I was a teen. Started when I was 12. She served desserts and coffee/tea.

Start to practice from the end , last 5 bars, ignoring grace notes... then move to beginning, hands, separately...

No worries, just start to learn it from the last 5 bars with slow tempo and counting, first avoid grace notes. Notice that last part is very simple: just a broken g major chord, 3 notes descending
