In my honest opinion you went above and beyond to fix this mistake. Because it was on video you could have gone back and just given the cards that people purchased in the order correcting the mistake completely. And not being out any money at all. Well done my friend! This is exactly why your channel continues to grow because of the sheer integrity that you bring!
Erik, you are definitely one of the few remaining standup guys out there. Making it right when you make a mistake of a large value is why I will always watch and support you over a lot of other breakers out there.

full disclosure, I don't always agree with everything on this channel but this was a very stand up job. Not every channel or business would have handled it so fairly. It goes a long way in showing everyone that doing business with Jabs is fair and honest. Well Done!

One of the best youtubers out there i won a vintage treasures box through the weekly auction for $185 the box was a dud. But no complaints from me i bid, i won, so i was the one taking the chance . He felt that the box did not live up to the hype and refunded me $100 through PayPal the next day. Unasked for and completely unexpected. It's nice to see there are still good people left in the hobby.
Seems like this was the best way to solve the issue. As long as Dennis and Adam are happy, who cares what anyone else thinks- it’s not their business.

I've been on the wrong end of situation where it's easy to read malice into a mistake and I know how mortifying it can be. I watch a lot of breakers throughout the week and all I can say to you is thank you for keeping it real keeping it legit and for being a stand up noble human being. If everyone conducted themselves the way you just showed us then this world and this hobby would be that much better. It's very easy to lose perspective because the personal connection over the internet can be lost. Which makes it that much easier for the dishonest to be dishonest.
