These video shoots are paid out of pocket by the brokers themselves which can cost from P20,000 - P30,000 for the videographers, host, and editing, per video... so they need to work on a budget with the best possible outcome for that budget,and have it posted asap for the a proper buyer to see it as soon as possible. They make these vidoes for potential buyers, who will still have to go to the actual property to inspect everything before they buy. The best video edits are when owners spend a lot of money to showcase their own homes, just like how wedding videos are made.

Still wondering why home owners of expensive houses like these dont invest on a water purification system. 25 stages for all the sinks and water dispenser / ice maker inlet for the fridge. 200k for the full setup wont hurt your pocket that much.. may potable water ka na anywhere in the house. parang nasa pelikula lang. 😁

Hello! No pool but the garden has more than enough space to accommodate a pool if needed. :)
Too many stairs lol. Tiring and not good for old/older people.
Tip: do not mention a door being "heavy", especially when it's the main entry. Prospects will get turned off, pronto.
A heavy wooden door equals durability and greater protection against damage or impact, not to mention, a stronger base for the installation of door hardware. It also enhances the curb appeal of the home.
@@UPSIDEPH my point was, there are better adjectives, such as: formidable, substantial, high grade, premium, etc. Using the word "heavy" means it is a burden of some sort. People who believe in Feng Shui will also see this as a problem as main entries are always preferred to be "welcoming" for positive energy to enter, and saying your door is heavy is far from that image.
