Without question, a beautiful home indeed. In a magnificent location. Great use of natural materials and colors. But.. functionally, it has a big deal breaker for me. The lack of a landscaped yard. If I invite 30 of my close friends for an outdoor bbq and a day in a park like setting, this home will not be able to provide me that luxury simply because it has none. In other words, again, this house is way too big for the size of the lot, which by the way is small really.
