@@BareFox yes I did but the fps only increases for dew rounds after that again goes down to worse even less than 10. I use Dell Intel i5 10th generation laptop and I have SSD not graphic card. Hopefully you can do something on my issue.

I get frame stuttters and it caused by supposed packet loss on the ^ side... only happens wen i use dx12 or 11... wen im in low performance mode though, everything works ok. I run on windows 10, and have a rtx 3070, i9-10900, 64gb ram, and 3.5tb storage... ive had other pcs that have issues running fortnite as well and idk wtf is wrong with the game. All i know is i should be able to run it on dx12 but anytime i do, its laggy nd shows packetloss, even tho in performance mode its perfectly fine

It seems like a game issue, try verifying game files.
