Adding to the brilliant analysis of Bashani Sa'ab, my input is that Abrogation of Article 370 by the Government of India was done by following the entire due process of Constitutional law.
For this the Home Minister, Shri Amit Shah, as the Member of the Cabinet of Ministers, introduced and tabled it in the Lower House, Lok Sabha.
Upon discussion and debate it passed the Lower House and eventually passed the Upper House, Rajya Sabha.
The funny thing over here is that neither Pakistan nor the USA nor the United Nations nor any other country of the World has any 'Locus Standi' on this process because this was a Legal Process which involved Amending the Constitution of India of which Article 370 was a part of, India being a Sovereign State and recognized as such by the entire world.
One more funny part. To those Indians who are opposing the Abrogation of Article 370 :
The Article itself clearly defines, mentions and states itself as a "Temporary" provision.
When questioned them, what is their understanding of the term "Temporary" (as by 2019, 77 years had made it a "Temporary" thing..!!) they are as expected speechless...!!! 😂
Fun Fact :
Dr. B. R. Ambedkar who is known as the Architect of the Constitution of India, himself had rejected drafting of this Article when he was approached by Nehru.
At the time of the conception of Article 370 itself, initially brought in as Article 306A, Dr. Ambedkar had categorically opposed it because it hampered with the unity and integrity of India.
The Draft Constitution, which was handed over by Dr. Ambedkar, the Drafting Committee Chairman, to the Constituent Assembly Chairman Rajendra Prasad on February 21, 1948, did not contain the provision granting special status to J&K. Jawaharlal Nehru strongly favoured special status as well as Sheikh Abdullah’s prime ministership of the state. During the meeting with Sheikh Abdullah, Ambedkar opposed the provision, which would lead to breaking the fabric of national unity and integrity. He turned down the demand for special status and said him that, "You wish India should protect your borders, she should build roads in your area, she should supply you food grains, and Kashmir should get equal status as India. But Government of India should have only limited powers and Indian people should have no rights in Kashmir. To give consent to this proposal, would be a treacherous thing against the interests of India and I, as the Law Minister of India, will never do it."

The accession treaty of J&K was exactly same as that signed with all other princely states in India. Article 370 was not a part of it. It was later inserted into India's constitution as a temporary measure not through Indian Parliament but through a Presidential decree solely due to Nehru's insistence. It was identified as temporary in the constitution. Nehru supported Art. 370 and 35A as a unifier of J&K with rest of India. But it was used by later politicians to alienate it from India. Hence, that temporary article had to be removed, which is now done.
Gentlemen we wnjoye "Bila raqalluf" very much every time. Especially when Tahr Gira Sa'ab and Bashani sa'ab discuss an issue as pressing as Bharat, Kashmir aur Pakistan. That sounded like "Pati, Patni, aur Woh"😊.

This matter is done and dusted when the Maharaja signed the document of accession a long time ago. Now what is left is the logical conclusion of getting back POK and GB.

It is a pleasure to see Barrister Hamid Bashani. Sri Nagar politicians are now a spent force. They are rather facing criminal corruption cases. POK must be watching how peace has been restored in Kashmir and huge investments are coming here. Some 2 crore of tourists visited Kashmir. Both these intellectuals have built a bridge between Indians and both sides of Kashmiris 🥀💐🌷🌺✨🎋
It’s as we understand an executive decision based on a parliamentary position to remove what may be considered as legal hurdles. The next step as a normal legal process is to refer to the Appellate Courts to confirm if any exceeded their authority given to them by the constitution, was the process erroneous, incomplete or prejudicial to any or many. They have done that. It’s an internal matter. As Indians do not and should not have an opinion as to how Baloochistan became a part of Pakistan, or whether Scotland should remain in United Kingdom, Pakistan it appears, have appointed themselves as proponents of Kashmiri people and find it halal to talk about it for about two weeks. God bless Pakistan
