I just picked up the acoustic speakers because you said they were nice and then you switched to MB courts, killing me man now I want MB court but I like my acoustic speakers.

Very much appreciate you posting this vid. The offerings for the JL's are very confusing, and even something of a veteran car audio guy myself, I found myself scratching my head a lot with these options. One thing I wouldn't do is the DS18 option. Nothing in that sound bar will ever produce even decent bass, and even if it did, you'd never hear it if you were in the cabin. 8" speakers up there are a waste of space. I entertain 6.5's since a TON of car audio manufacturer focus is on that form factor. But putting good 3.5's, 4's up there would make more sense, IMO.

Thanks for the comments and thanks for watching ..... So like I said in the video I went with the stage 6 with the 3 amps BUT instead of installing the 6x9s I installed the MB quart version of the ds18 with 4 8 inch two ways in them. I agree with you on the bass in the sound bar but the 8s do help and I am blown away by how the system sounds. I'm working on the install video right now but I can tell you I am very happy with the stage 6 and I can't believe the bass I get out of the dual 8s under the back seat. Thanks again for watching please consider subscribing.

Interesting options. I think I would go with a Pac Amp Pro and everything custom from there. I have been spoiled by the system I installed in my F-150 using Morel Hybrid 63's up front and they sound amazing, better than my Focal K2 3 way by far. I did that using an Audio Control D4.800 and a D800.1. If you want the best sound you have to have a DSP and time alignment.

I have thought about that myself, would be nice to customize a system and I am a fan of JBL and Infinity. But MB Quart is know for their quality components and they have really spent a lot of time and effort into making components that are built for the off road environment and sound great too. I am really curious as to what i can customize with the PAC audio, they have a windows app but i haven't seen anyone who has used it yet. It may have some DSP capabilities. Alpine system in my Rubicon is great.I have a Beach that needs a system upgrade as it came with nothing basically, don't understand why the dealer ordered a Jeep without the Alpine system but okay.

I think the alpine system is good and I was pretty happy with it …. But it does not compare to the mb quartz system … it’s set o much better. But like I said in the video if you are happy with it leave it … it is better than most stock ones out there . What’s a Beach? Thanks for watching please consider subscribing
