Absolutely spot on. Defo going to do some visualisation for my 2km next month. I think there’s also that fear of not hitting your goal and so over coming self doubt and believing in yourself and your training too. 💪🏼💪🏼
Thank you so much! I'm going to a 2k ergothon tomorrow and my dream university is going to be there. Also dealing with the mental block of trying to break 8 as a sophomore in HS. Im currently at 8:06 but im 100% going to visualize and keep a positive outlook!!! ❤🎉

never understood numbers like 555, i always push or up the rate at round numbers like 750 or 1 min left or 40 strokes left
