I'm a tall guy standing around 2 meters and weighting around 78kg. Watching you helps me to improve my technique and my approach to certain aspects of the rowing. Very thankful much love from Turkey.

I just did my 2k today I went 1:52.4 .1 splits faster than my goal this helped me massively, I actually felt mentally prepared as well as fueled properly. I love your channel and I think you definitely should have more subscribers.
Same. Haven't rowed 2k for a year. Been training hard. Long distance running and exercises for stamina like 20-25 rep squats and pull ups push ups. Few days ago tried to go by 33 split and it feels like sprinting for me so don't know how well i will perform. My goal is to finis the race at the time 6:05 - 6 min.

With my 5th 2k ever coming up this Friday, and hopes to break 7:00 for the first time, it was nice seeing a pro give some great advice.
