Awesome video, thanks for sharing. Is the ride as bouncy as the video makes it look? Looks like so much steering input on occasion, must take a lot of confidence to keep turning and stay on throttle when it seems to be understeering?
It’s actually significantly bouncier in real life lol. The car had just gotten off the boat the day before, and it had a setup from another track that was a little too low for club, so we were bouncing the nose off the ground. In terms of steering input I think it just needs a lot of steering lock because of the ratio. It had one of the slower ratios of any car I have driven, which made it really precise in the high speed turns, but you had to put a lot of wheel into it in the slower stuff. It definitely was understeering a little in the center, but I wasn’t just adding steering to overslip the tires…
