Am very thankful that u decided to share your process and the knowledge behind it. Its soo valuable ... highly appreciated. Even the stream is a bit longer you keep it interesting and to the point. So far its one of the best Zbrush-Art-Design videos out here. Thank you
I just finished a Moth Lady with claws and a Piggy Girl with with hooves for Museum Artist Daniel Lee which I posted on ZBC. So it wasn't my designs. However, when I was working on it, I enjoyed the designs so much that I was trying to think how I could redo Daniel's design and make it doable for myself by robotizing and mech'n out the design. I had no clue how I would approach it, but looking at what you did with this would be very helpful. I also just saw you a few weeks ago on an OutGang video. I also have a lot of respect for her work and her contributions to the independent artist community. This design is cool and interesting work as well. I especially like the hinge joints at the elbows. Doing the MothLady arm, this area especially baked my noodles. You have a very good solution and take on it.
Thank you! Would be cool to see a process to create a low-res model from your high-res mesh you can unwrap and then use in Substance Painter or Marmoset tool bag. Keep rocking, cheers 🍻
@@KeosMasons Curious which other videos you'd direct us to for this. I might have missed this in your previous videos. Asking because although my process closely mirrors yours, I do have to reduce and clean my meshes up just enough to get an unwrap for texturing and such. Thanks as always and keep up the amazing work.
Hello Marcoo!!! Please, where can I get this black material that you use for the "rubberized fabrics" of the Mecas??? Thank you so much, your art is very inspiring!
Again, thx you very much so much information! Could you answer this question: if them you have to put this modelo into a very dynamic pose, would you still modelo in T pose first? Thx un advance!
I think what's enlightening here is that a lot of this is not really magic, you just kinda have to "do it". Speaking of which, you mention you placed the muscles by hand one at a time? How did you do that, with the transpose line or bend curve thing or something?
cool modeling but i think you're wasting time on those separated pieces 33:06 because since you have to work alot on them after separating it the process to me doesnt make sense .. you can easily build base low poly geometry around the pieces in any 3D software like softimage much faster and it will be even cleaner and will be easier to conjunct together
@@KeosMasons thats my point its really not the fastest .. its just the fear of box modelling , i used to think this way too but hey .. youre right if it suits you this way then great
@@KeosMasons well not realy i had your "experience" and modeling the shapes you keep sculpting for long minutes now that im good at boxmodeling takes half that time sometimes even 1/4 the time it takes you and the result isnt a dense good looking mesh but a low poly good looking mesh .. i can feel your stubborness and im not willing to argue with you . we can agree to disagree .have a nice day

Yes, absolutely
🤘💥❤️💥🤘 thanks

Duplicate, move with transpose line and then move by hand for fine tuning
Do you ever get problems with zbrush crashing when using the clip curve brushes and or knife brushes? If not what do you do to prevent that?
Clip curve is fine! Knife curve is not
Why are you using transpose and not an 3d gizmo? amazing work
It's more flexible. Most of the time I need flexibility over rigidity
I love your stuff! AWESOME!!! #hypernerds_booga
do you have a Zbrush UI template? would love to give your UI a go as im havinga rough time placing it in my head
Its not transferable sorry
Sculpt me like one of your french girls!!
t'auras pas à me demander 2 fois!
where to find hide polypaint?
you must "mask by intensity" first then hide the mask
1:26:04 me too man me too
