my question is how can I distinguish between Yamaha 3072 vs Yamaha 1840 subwoofer...I know one is active and another one is passive but as I am going to buy the last show model so I need to be sure.. can you help me?
Bro both are the worst subwoofers either it’s passive or active. When it come to Yamaha HT, only receiver is good. The subwoofer is getting distorted at high volume and it can’t play below 30 hz and boomy. You better save some money and go for a receiver + floor standing speakers first, add center channel, surround and subwoofer in the future, that is best course of action i can suggest you 👌

@@raghavainala bro, don’t think about to owe a best system. Everything is best in some aspects, For me what matters is the budget.
But if i were you i would choose the below 👇
Receiver - Denon X3800H or Onkyo SR7100
Speakers- klipsch (any model is fine. They all are sounds good)
Sensitivity is very high for klipsch speakers. So it’s play louder even at low volume, no need to crank the volume knob up 🤪.
Subwoofer- SVS PB 3000
Can we connect mic and use as karaoke 🎤🎶

Buy an additional Yamaha 8" or 10" active subwoofer and connect. You will never complain about the bass. No Atmos
You can also buy an additional blue tooth receiver/transmitter and connect to receiver. Not very costly

Amp is good for the price but speakers are quite mediocre. Better to just get the avr and save some money as anyway speakers will go to waste once someone decides to upgrade them

According to price, kuch khaas nahi. Sub 20k category wala sound system isse better perform karte hai. For example Sony, JBL, panasonic etc.
From where one can get it around 30k.... because in most of the place price has been increased to 40 + ..... but few months back it was priced at around 34k
I also checked with offline market before buying online, price increased everywhere, last year it was priced below 30k

sound speaker pe depend karta hai. Yamaha 1840 ke sath basic speakers ate hai. Jo movie ke liye best hai. Par music ke liye itne khas nahi. Left aur right update karne ke bad achha sound ata hai. Main ns333 speaker update kiya hai.

Please don’t purchase Yamaha yht 1840. I have used it since 2014, nothing impressive. Only thing is that it can process dolby and dts. It can’t process trueHD and dts hdma.
The worst subwoofer it has. If you are about to spend 40k then purchase a AV receiver, add a 5.1 surround package like Taga harmony. Taga is not expensive.
Now I’m having denon 7.2 Dolby atmos with dtsX. SVS 800watts subwoofer with Taga surround package. It’s plays better than a movie theater ❤

After one year Logitech does not provide service and logitech does not have HDMI and dolby digital+.
