We bought a used 2017 Redhawk 29xk 2 years ago. Test drives seemed normal enough but first trip from NW WV to SW Texas was tough! Traffic and cross winds blew me around like a leaf and it required constant focus on the road (and continuous input) just to stay in my lane! We shipped a SafTPlus to where we stayed and found a local truck repair shop to install it (their first ever). On my 1st test drive it was pulling hard left so the shop needed an extra try to adjust it and nailed the tracking the second time. I have almost 10k more miles on it now and I swear it's been a total game changer. Best/smartest upgrade money I ever spent. That 33 feet of RV handles darn close to my old Honda van now! I see your Eagle seems to be pulling left too, so I'm presuming you have or will adjust it for better tracking. Consider adding their rear track bar kit to your bus too. When TH-cam makes you rich, you can spend the $20k for a 4 corner Liquid Springs install!!! Still your biggest hillbilly fan 😀
I'm really happy for you that there were no major issues with your rig and I'm glad everyone had a good time or at least it seemed like it thank you for posting
Hey senior, this is the kind of video I enjoy. What you did and what worked. But I would remind you of one thing that someone of your years of service would never forget. RTFM when you're installing stuff!
Lol. Use to go to Jekyll Island every year for family vacation. All their kids and grand kids came. Mini van so loaded only 1 person could ride with him. Pulling a boat that was so loaded thought the axle was going to bend. I got to Brunswick and when to Walmart for some frozen bait and extra hooks. They were in there buying more food, asked if I had room in my truck to take some of it
Hey Boss! Long time no see! Sorry, but I’ve had a lot goin on. Anyway, nice ride. Hope you get the steering issue squared away. I drove 18-wheeler for a decade and I sympathize with you. But hey, I have faith in you cuz at the end of the day, IYAAYAS!! 😃💥
Watch a lot of America's Great Loop videos. They use headsets when docking or locking to communicate so they don't have to yell at each other. Don't know if it's worth the expense to back an RV into camp site, but might want to look to make sure. A lot of them also have T-shirts that say "I'm sorry what I said while docking"
Yes Sir, also Tippy (wife’s dog that wasn’t in the video)… we always take the pups, that’s why the wife had to have the bus… Tippy doesn’t appear much because she’s a one person dog, and I’m not the person! Lol!! 😂

Hahahahahaha, I need that T-shirt… that’s funny
That off center wheel while going straight would drive me mad!
Yeah, we tried fixing it when we did the last alignment but it didn’t work, we will try again the next time
It looks like the new shock worked great. How much did it reduce being tired on your trip?
Thanks
Tim
So it was “my unscientific guess” about 50% better at least, I do highly recommend it.
You didn't take Tank on the trip?

You should dig a pit it would be a lot easier to work on your motor home.👍
I had thought of that when I was building the building… I went back and forth
Sorry for the 3rd comment, but they call the headsets Marriage Savers
Hahahaha
