- Welcome to Mow, Sow & Grow! This channel is all about maintenance on our 22 acre property in Iowa, my mowing job and our Kioti CK2610 tractor. Join us as we renovate the property!
We purchased a SpeeCo Quick Hitch and the Good Works Tractors Stump Bucket from @GoodWorksTractors for our Kioti Tractor. Would we buy from them again? Was it worth it?

• Are Stump Buckets Wort...
So, 'watch this first' ; why? All you did was tell us a couple of attachments you purchased.
It shows how they package their products, the condition they arrived in and how they perform. Thanks for the comment 👍
I have a CK 2610. Love it 👍👍
Love mine so far too! How many acres do you maintain?
12 acres brother and move a lot of fire wood around in my wood yard. Loader strength is amazing for compact tractor. I’ve had it for a year and would definitely buy again 👍stay safe and Merry Christmas
@@lyndonhamby7432 nice man! Merry Christmas to you and keep the rubber side down!
Love my SpeeCo quick hitch
It’s been really nice to have!
Hello from SE Iowa, just found your channel. Nice tractor! Looking forward to seeing more!
Hey Brent, we are also in SE Iowa! Thanks for the comment and subscribe, do you have a tractor?
@@MowSowGrow3 I do but nothing like yours. All of my equipment is very old, most considered antique.
I love antique tractors! We go to the Midwest Old Threshers Reunion in Mt. Pleasant just about every year to see the old tractors and trains
Gotta love tractor vids!🤓
More to come!
We like our stump bucke from GWT. We have the size up for our Grand L 3560 Kubota. I know one person thought your model was too light, but it is made for the small compact and sub compact tractor. The larger one that i have might be too hard on your FEL arms and you dont want to twist them.
I asked GWT which one to get before I bought it, they recommended the mini. In a Kioti group on Facebook I’m in some guy with the same tractor did the same and GWT recommended the bigger stump bucket 🤔. I’m mostly happy with the smaller bucket but it’s definitely not getting much use now that I have a grapple
I narrowed it down to GWT and Cold Rolled Industrial for the bucket I wanted. I have a John Deere 3032E I wanted a longer bucket than the GWT mini but wasn’t about to shell out 1500$ either.l for the HD.
Which bring me to CRI I ended up
getting a 32” stump bucket which they said is for John Deere 1-2 series but I liked the length, it digs out stumps just as good and was 899$ free shipping too.
Glad you found something that will work for you. I got my GWT stump bucket before they jacked up the price thankfully
Pretty sweet that all your equipment is painted in that theft detterent red!
I also know if anyone steps on our property, I have cameras everywhere 😏
Nice video. I picked up the Speeco Quick Hitch from GWT at their old location during early Covid. (I live in Michigan) They had just received pallets of them. I suspect that Speeco was churning them out faster than they should have. The paint on the one I got seemed to come off easily as if it wasn't cured. Virtually all of the ones on the pallets that GWT received had some paint damage. This isn't GWT's fault. This seems to be a Speeco problem. In the end,as a tool, it has functioned really well over the few years that I've used it. I have just had to touch up the paint on my own. I would have thought the enamel would be baked on or it would be powder coated. I never complained about it and didn't raise the issue to GWT so there really isn't any complaint against them. I believe this was a result of the insanity of the times with demand exceeding supply and Speeco rushing out product to fill orders. It would be interesting to see if the paint on yours performs better than mine.
I’ll take a more detailed look at it today, I haven’t noticed anything super obvious. Function over looks in my book!
@@MowSowGrow3 Paint isn't just for looks. It's corrosion protection.
I’m quite aware of that haha
Good to see how they package and ship, etc. Based on the video title it would also have been nice to hear about your experience dealing with them first hand, their response times, ship times, and overall support experience if applicable.
Good suggestion, thanks!
They are!
I have old JI Case tractors
I've had tractors there. Did you buy your tractor from Armstrongs Tractor in Donnellson ia?
Yep! They seem like a good group of guys
Just ran across your channel. I think that CK is a great size tractor. I started with a CS and now have a DK 5320se cab. Love the capabilities of it, but that little CS could get into some tight spots. I am also from Iowa. Northwest part of the state. What part are you folks from? Subbed BTW
Nice! So far I really like the tractor, it's probably the perfect size for us. We are on the complete opposite side, Southeast Iowa. I actually watched your Woodland Mills stump grinder video yesterday, small world, I subscribed back. Thanks for reaching out!
@@MowSowGrow3 Pretty area down there!
@@timbervisions Are you near the Loess Hills at all?
@@MowSowGrow3 I'm North of them a couple hours and back East some. Near the Iowa Great Lakes area.
Like everyone in Iowa I’ve spent some time in Okoboji. Beautiful area
There’s ten minutes I’ll never get back.
That’s ok! You wouldn’t have done anything productive with that 10 mins anyway!
Cat Fight!!!!
You should NOT be able to lift a "Stump Bucket" like that. To light.
It’s fine, very sturdy. Plus it’s for compact and subcompact tractors
How big a tree can you take down with that?
I’ve dug out a 10” stump but I’ve seen other people dig out much bigger ones, just takes awhile.
I bought the same quick hitch from R.K. for $110.
I don’t know if it’s the same. But yes, RK and many other companies make quick hitches.
@@MowSowGrow3 It's a SpeeCO cat 1 E hitch... Exactly the same.
Crazy that’s way less than anyone else by at least $100
@@MowSowGrow3 Yeah l noticed that.
Such a good deal I couldn’t even believe it! Nice pick up man!
