Hey Matt, great video! Where did you have your transplant done again? I remember seeing in a video that you did it in Paris, but I've forgotten the exact name of the clinic. Also, would you recommend this clinic? Thanks ;)
I went to Turkey for my first one, Greece 2nd, Belgium 3rd. I would recommend the last one - Dr Mwamba for specific cases. I learned 1 thing after consulting more than 2000 guys over the last 5 years. There are very very few allrounders (clinics that can handle any type of patient/hair type/hair texture/norwood class, etc equally well). I for sure don't recommend the 1st clinic in TR because they turned out to be a mill now.
SMP seems to be great for covering FUE or FUT scars on the donor and to fill in crown and mid scalp density after a HT if it’s lacking. Isn’t 6 months too soon for SMP after a HT since results show fully after 12 months?
Ideal strategy: 1) SMP with temporary pigments, waiting for the hair loss to stabilise. 2) Once stabilised, go for a HT. Book it taking into account that the temporary pigments need to be faded away completely before the surgery (it takes 6 months-1,5 years). 3) after 10 months get a SMP to fill donor and create illusion of hair on the top of the head. P.s. between 2) and 3) schedule a second HT if necessary. You are welcome.
SMP only should be done in the doner, SMP looks very unnatural for a hairline…I seen so much recently…, you can’t pull it off without noticing something is off..even the most lightest smp and trying not to overdue it will still look noticeable.. , should really just limit SMP do donor, not no hairline..
I agree, even the most cropped hair is still 3 dimensional and can change appearance on different angles even if it’s slight.. but smp looks like print on your head which is exactly what it is and doesn’t change at all at any angle.. sure on the ads it looks nice and natural in order to sell it to you, but when you see for real it looks fake as fuck!
"Density illusion" or whatever crap SMP artists try to flog is a load of crap. SMP should be used for only one purpose. To create the illusions that a man with a head of hair shaves it, by choice, down to the bone. This is the only thing SMP does well. Fine hair + 2d SMP dots underneath looks FAKE. I live in Korea, where shaving your head completely is a bit of a no-no. So many old guys with thinning hair get SMP done under their thin hair, and oh boy does it looks terrible. I can tell every time. Hair fibers do this job much better than SMP...
In my opinion, the outcome largely depends on the skills of the artist and the clinic. Korea is not considered the ideal model for SMP due to their distinctive techniques involving semi-automatic machines that can lead to overly saturated results. I have also seen them in person
@ryanteacher8134 You live in Korea which is the Asian country that has the most plastic surgery done, yup Korean people sure are obsessed beauty standards. Baldness is a sickness that nobody should suffer from. SMP is just another alternative solution.

Transplant first!!! Obviously you will know where the enemy is and where to fight! On top of that you can cover up fue scars!
Really think SMP should have been written out. Many people new don't know what the letter would mean. I.e. Scalp micro-pigmentation
If only there were a website where you could type those letters in and find out in milliseconds.
where can I find the full video interview?

Do you no longer have guide to turkey clinics
I had smp 2 years ago and now thinking of doing a HT to give if some hair texture... Sometimes it looks good
I already did the smp. Would it be a bad idea to now get the hair transplant
Better not do it, unless your goal is to keep the hair long

@@boogiebowserI have a friend with smp and it looks super natural. If he didn’t told me I wouldn’t know.
did you took oral minoxidil once or twice a day?
Once a day
