And many times when repubs take control of congress, the dem candidates actually got millions of more votes nationwide. I live in West Virginia. I can say that Joe Manchin has nothing to explain to us. He is doing exactly what the people here believe. I don't know anyone who is in agreement with Biden's build back better. They couldn't get him on board because the people here don't agree.
