I was there at the ripe old age of 16! Was a great gig and just found the recording on tape that my friend did. good to put some moving image to the vague memories now. Thanks for sharing.
when i think ive seen and heard it all.... somehow im still blown away. this is such a treat - and the quality is amazing too!! thank you for uploading all these years later
I cant believe this. I went to Bradford uni in 2000. We got Chesney Hawkes. Joe mangle and Zig and zag. Fuckin loved Bradford. Will always hold a special place in my heart. I love Liverpool but Bradford great place great people x so many top class people I met there
Amazing recording! As a now 40 year old I can’t get my head around nirvana playing a few miles from my home when I was 10. Can’t wait for more uploads from this gig PLEASE!! The only gig I saw in this venue was Reverend & the Makers 2008 (I think)
Thanks for uploading. I was there for the show, in what was called the Commie building (Communal Building) This was the first UK show after the release of Smells Like Teen Spirit. I think it was in the top 10 at the time. Tickets were like gold dust. We’d had tickets a good while. Lots of people were offering to buy our tickets from us (offering what was good money for a skint student). Glad I resisted!
Well done 71sgh!!!. If you had taken the money, it would not have lasted very long. But the memory of the gig will last forever. Good call, young Sir!!!
@@shadows631 I DO see your point of view, shadows631. Seriously!!!. However, as you have not posted any shows that you have recorded yourself, I can only assume you do not understand the risks & sacrifices taken to obtain such recordings at that time. Hence your regular, flippant comments. Anniversaries mean nothing to me, nor do I suspect they would to Kurt. I HAVE shared my recording with a production company who will be showing the best footage from it shortly as part of a TV documentary. I think that is fair. Did you read the comments of those who appreciate what I HAVE already posted?. I doubt it. But that is the the most appropriate way to be in my humble opinion...
31 years ago today!
Blows the "married, buried" line being about his marriage to Courtney Love out of the water. They didn't marry until February 1992.
Intense early version of it. Great quality as well! Thank you for taping this and most importantly, for sharing it!!!
Mon plaisir, Claudio...
What else could I do?
I’m in love with you
wish that was on the album
Love this version. Thanks!

What else should I be?
All apologies
What else could I say?
Everyone is gay
What else could I write?
I don't have the right
What else should I be?
All apologies
In the sun
In the sun, I feel as one
In the sun
In the sun
Married
Buried
I wish I was like you
Easily amused
Find my nest of salt
Everything is my fault
I'll take all the blame
Aqua sea foam shame
Sunburn freezer burn
Choking on the ashes of her enemy
In the sun
In the sun, I feel as one
In the sun
In the sun
Married
Married
Married
Buried
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah

I'm hoping that with a week to the 30th anniversary of this gig you're about to upload the whole set? I was there and would love to see more...

Thank you very much :) Long time ago since I listened to this show, but will certaintly do again soon :)
Nice professional looking title screen at the start need to learn how to do that one myself and a cool video of course!
Thank you for uploading! Great early performance of All Apologies! Wished I was there, even if I was, not sure if I could sneak in a camcorder.
Nail on the head, 78zappaf. Great call. But it COULD be done...
Glad you could. Seen many tapes being confiscated throughout the years.
Awesome \m/
